This was such a mixed experience! I'm a pretty frequent flier at McDonald's especially when I travel and while my food was actually very good, the experience just left me a bit befuddled. When we arrived, we placed a mobile order and sat down at the table. Several people came in, ordered, and received their food before we did. No big deal, we had a pretty large order for several people. I noticed I had a coupon on my app so my sister went up to order and use the coupon at the self-service kiosk. The kiosk wouldn't take the coupon correctly so she went up to the counter to order instead. Despite still having the coupon pulled up, the woman at the counter refused to take her order or correct the coupon when her machine wouldn't take it either. Her recommendation was that we wait half an hour (???) for the ability to use a different coupon. When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm but tasted very good. We got our second set of fries (that she made us pay full price for because the coupon didn't work!) and they were piping hot. While I liked my food, everyone else in my family disliked theirs and thought it was nasty. There were also no napkins, ketchup, etc. available at all. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's. It's probably worth it to go up to the one in Pine Bluff rather than stop here, or just a different restaurant entirely. read more

Horrible it doesn't even deserve a star! Today I ordered ahead and paid and then when I get in line they take the order in front of me I get there at 11:30 and then they told me they're closed and I said I ordered on the app and they said well you'll get your money back tomorrow when you don't pick up your order and then I pull up and they take the peoples order in front of me and these kids are paying cash! But I've paid ahead and ordered on the app yet I can't even get what I ordered and it was nothing crazy it was french fries and cookies...... But the person that got there right when I got there got their food and they paid cash... This location is gone downhill after the past few years I stopped going there because every time I go there there's a problem!!! Multiple complaints about this location every time I go to this location I'll order through the app and when I go to pick up they tell me nothing is available. My wife and I went there tonight and it smelt like something burnt. My wife had the quarter pounder with cheese and I decided to try the chicken Big Mac ,the was stale and dry and the chicken was cold and dry like it was prepared a few hours earlier and tasted like cardboard. I have come here a lot, an multiple times there has been a problem with the food. Once I ordered a Quarter Pounder and there was a lump of raw meat hanging off the side of the patty. They get the order wrong 90% Percent of the time. But I will say, when they get the order right it is very good. read more

I don't care what I order from McDonalds in White Hall, the order is either wrong or I have to pull up and wait forever for my order. Today, I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie. Managed to get my food in only a few minutes although, it got cold while I waited for the Mango Pineapple Smoothie of which I never got. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the smoothie, someone came out to tell me that they didn't have any more. I guess while I was waiting all that time on the smoothie, I should have noticed that the chicken nuggets I ordered were not in the bag. I visited Friday night and I don't think the owners know how much free food is walking out their store every night. Kids were making meals for their friends and running it out to them in their cars. Manager was trying, but the employees were clearly running amuck. Took over 20 minutes to get my food and if I didn't check it I would've been shorted a sandwich, but I caught the mistake and they fixed it quickly. Frustrating to see orders made after mine getting filled because employees were taking food out of the ready bin and taking it to friends outside. Need some adult supervision for sure. read more

Something really needs to change. First off, this place is straight up awful and employees just don't care. I ordered my food around 3:00p.m. and it was given to me just a few minutes later. All of my food was served to me cold and received the wrong drink! I can't believe how people still put up with this! Filthy establishment, long waits, and brain dead staff. Was confused at the concept of a slice of cheese between two pieces of bread for my little sister. WOW! Could this place be any worse? Just dropped by for a quick early morning (6 am) bite. Including myself, therw was1a whopping two people inside the place so I thought this would be a good hot meal. Not even close. I ordered from the touch panel (just for fun & I had time to kill) and chose to eat in. That meant taking a number & they will bring it to you - right? My order came up (by that time others had came in & were making orders), but the wrong number was called & my order sat there for at least 5 minutes, and it was also prepared as a to go order. When I finally ckecked on it, the sandwich was ROCK hard (steak & cheese bagel) & cold. So, the manager switched it out for me. If this service is highly lacking with minimal customers, it probably remains indicative of what normal crowd services is like. read more

Food was typical McDonald's food. 90% of order was correct. But the floors are what causes this review. Upon walking into the restaurant the floors were very slippery. It seems they had grease that was mopped all over them. You could be standing still and you feet start to slide out from under you. Matters got worse when walking into the bathroom; stepping 1 foot into the bathroom and feet went flying out from under my 5 year old and myself. My son in law had the same experience at the soda machines and told them, however we were leaving so do not know the resolution. Drive through would be good here I suppose. read more

Went thru the drive thru to order food, and they said they were closed when there was people in the drive thru getting food, I thought they were open 24/7. They need let people know when they actually close on there website. I don't think they were closed they just didn't want to take anybody else's order. It may not be your go to, but it is my go to for a quick pickup lunch. Although the drive through isn't as quick, it seems to be quicker inside. My favorite meal items are the chicken nuggets, the fresh side salads, and the grilled chicken ranch snack wraps! However, when I do eat in, I usually end up wiping the seats and table off where someone else made a mess. It's not that it's terrible, but could be cleaner. read more

I have a son in the hospital for the past 6 weeks in little rock and when I can arrange my trips is usually the middle of the night when things are calmed down but that's when I'll come by your McDonald's, at least seven times between 1 and 3am and your system is always down but I can go over to Watson chapel which is way out of my way to get a drink or a sandwich or something and everything at their place is fine or either the light to shut off in this McDonald's I don't know why it's even open it says it's open, because it hasn't been, like I said in the past four weeks I've been by there at least six times and all I get is a message that your system is tmdown and I hate that I'm being ugly but this is the only time I leave the hospital. I honestly have never seen a McDonald's that had their system down as often as this one does maybe it's operator error and if y'all have to do upgrades that much that can just shut that one system down but the ones around that are open maybe there's something wrong with the system. I don't know but it's really frustrating to try to have a convenience and then have to go 7/8 miles out of my way to get one because y'all system is down there all the time so I can't give an opinion on the food because I can't seem to get any between 1 and 3 in the morning. read more

McDonalds on Sheridan Highway in White Hall, AR. Your wait is sometimes up to 30-45 minutes. You get asked to pull up and they will bring it out, but....5 or 6 cars behind you get waited on and you still don't have your food!! You go inside to get your food or money back and NOONE is concerned, terrible service and manners!! The man beside me had been waiting 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. When you do get your food...it is usually the wrong thing. When you ask for your money back (because you have been waiting 30 minutes for them to bring it out after they told you to pull up) they never once apologize or try to rush your food to you....you just have to wait a little longer to get to get your money back while they try to count it out!!! read more

To whom it may concern, The service and lack of respect of others in your restaurant by your employees is embarrassing. I was in your restaurant Sunday November 26th at 3:00pm. The employee at the register was slow and not paying attention to customers as well as she was having to help prepare orders. There was an employee who returned from break and was announcing to everyone that someone had just been arrested as well as showing everyone the facebook post. Been a regular customer for years of this McDonald's because it's close but they NEVER EVER get the order right... Either items wrong, left off order, or bad quality EVERY SINGLE TIME. If I drive home and have to drive all the way back because they got it wrong... I should get something for my inconvenience but they never offer anything. I once ordered a burger and got nothing but a cheese sandwich. But today was the last straw... placed ordered on app & when I got there it did not show on their screen. The cashier called the manager & asked if she could do the order & he was like... "uuuhhh I dunno... that's a lot of money"... I was thinking do you know how much I've spent here let alone wasted on wrong items & gas driving back up there. It was like he was insinuating that I didn't pay for the order.
