We got our second set of fries (that she made us pay full price for because the coupon didn't work!) and they were piping hot. While I liked my food, everyone else in my family disliked theirs and thought it was nasty. There were also no napkins, ketchup, etc. available at all. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's. It's probably worth it to go up to the one in Pine Bluff rather than stop here, or just a different restaurant entirely.
