My masseuse was very knowledgeable about fixing the issues in my back and it was just a great experience, hated for it to end. She created one for me and said I could access my appointments to make changes and cancel, which I didn't do immediately. I left them a voicemail after trying everything. These people still charged me full price as a no-call no-show and claimed I didn't leave any voicemail. I told them I couldn't access my account they created and volunteered to come in an show them my recent calls; they said I was not a member and that the person who created the account no longer works there. However, they still had my info on their system and offered to give me points to the account I can't access and "they can't make appointment changes to" Please do yourselves a favor and not create any form of account with them that involves any financial info.

They were both there for us throughout our pregnancy and quickly answered emails, phone calls, and texts. When I went into labor, Emily met us at the hospital and was a big help throughout our (very quick) labor process!
