Suuuuuper not relaxing. My massage was good. The therapist was nice and professional. I got about 35 minutes of a 50 minute massage. Minuscule seating area. Cold. Holy cow, so cold. I was cold even during the massage. This was our first visit, and no one told us where to go when we were in the building - just, "ok, go on back." "Back where?" "Back." I've had far better massages and services, but I've had far worse, too. For the price, it was fine. However, I won't be back.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful, clean nail area that immediately set a great first impression. I was then guided down a hallway into the spa section, where they offered me a bottle of water and made me feel completely at ease. The spa area itself was thoughtfully designed, with separate rooms for each service and charming signs on every door. When I entered the head spa room, it felt like stepping into a different world--dim lighting, candles, and the most amazing, calming scent. It was instantly relaxing. The woman who took care of me (she had short black hair) was truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. She made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The treatment itself went far beyond my expectations. I had seen videos of head spas before, but I had no idea it would include so much--there was a soothing waterfall feature for the hair, a facial, and an incredible massage. She massaged my face, neck, shoulders, and back, and every moment felt luxurious and rejuvenating. My skin has never felt softer. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and care. Everything--from the spotless restrooms to the friendly staff--reflected how much attention they put into the customer experience. The price was absolutely worth it for everything that was included. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to treat themselves!
