They were both there for us throughout our pregnancy and quickly answered emails, phone calls, and texts. When I went into labor, Emily met us at the hospital and was a big help throughout our (very quick) labor process! I told them I couldn't access my account they created and volunteered to come in an show them my recent calls; they said I was not a member and that the person who created the account no longer works there. However, they still had my info on their system and offered to give me points to the account I can't access and "they can't make appointment changes to" Please do yourselves a favor and not create any form of account with them that involves any financial info.

Our wedding stylists cancelled less than weeks out from wedding day. Frantically I hit the phone book calling salons in the area. This wasn't your traditional wedding either, we had not one but TWO brides which meant for two MOHs and we all needed hair and make up done for D-Day. Heather and Sherri were eager to help when I called to beg and plea if they could squeeze us all in. With a few tweaks, not only could they squeeze us in they were very respectful about making sure the brides didn't overlap and ruin the reveal for the alter. What a feat to take on! I was able to send texts to the stylists at salon of what the ladies wanted; because there simply wasn't any time to have a run through or meeting until the morning of the wedding. And if you're reading this and didn't think that was accommodating, they made time by cancelling or cutting their lunches so that BOTH mothers' of the brides got some pampering too... THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING. Dakota, Erica, Heather, Sherri, Lori, Rachel, Brooke, and I hope I'm not forgetting anyone... thank you for going above and beyond for these very special ladies. You guys made them feel and look like a million bucks; the smiles on their faces were priceless and unforgettable on the biggest day of their lives. Oh, and special shoutout to Lori who did my hair-- I rocked that up-do for two solid days it was so fly!
