I had written a critical review about a bad experience I had so I wanted to make sure I followed up with the results. Not only did I get a callback, but the call was from the owner. She was very apologetic that I had a bad experience and said she was going to do whatever it took to make it right. She had me come in the very same day and listened to my concerns and talked a long time with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything she wanted to do. I feel so much better and I look fabulous. I don't like to give bad reviews - and debated rather I should post it or not. I am happy I did because it got to the right person and all my issues were resolved. You shouldn't only post when having a bad experience but when you have a great one as well. I absolutely love this place, the procedures are remarkable!!! Terry knows exactly what to do to make you feel comfortable and well informed of the choices you have to look rested and natural. The massages are to die for Jordan is the best. Kerin and all the staff up front are very friendly and welcome everyone as they enter the building.
