After not only struggling myself, but hearing my friends, family, and basically the entire world wide web talk about their eyebrows I knew I had found an amazing solution to such a relatable problem! After taking my first class, in June of 2017, I felt amazing and it was that exact day that I knew without a doubt I wanted to help other women feel the same. So, I did! 6 years and 9 certifications later I have performed over 800 Brow services, added Lip Blushing, Permanent eyeliner and we now offer training for those looking to start and build their own PMU business! I am wishing I knew how to upload pictures. They would speak for me. I am not used to leaving…read morereviews but I am in so much shock over what's happened I have to. I truly hope my experience is not the norm now that this place is under the new ownership it is, or as I was told for 2 years. See, I went in because I had a great experience there for a big coloring job but that was 10 years ago. I went in with box color black wanting to go red, I walked out reddish. not a bad look just not drastic enough for how much I paid so it was my first time ever calling in and asking for a redo, that time I was met with empathy and eagerness to have me come back in with a more experienced colorist. I walked out happy as a clam. This time I went in after growing out my white for several months my hair to my waist. Longer than it's grown in my adult life. I expressed first, by calling that I'm really looking for options on the color and a little trim. I had to wait over a half hour on my stylist which would have been fine but I found out he does that to everyone. I talked to him in depth as to how my hair is longer than ever and I want to keep that as much as I can, and what about color. I was met with a "we can't do anything with that box color on it" I said well I went to red before? I thought ok, just stick with the white, I showed him a video of a lady with white streaks in front and said I want this style but longer. The video had a lady with long big curls part in front. The stylist just said "I'm sure it will be more versatile when it's cut". He was discussing his issues and asking me why I'm on disability so I was telling him all I knew about applying and honestly kind of got sidetracked next thing I know he's straightening my hair and starting to cut. I meekly asked if I could get a wash, that I didn't wash it first since it said online it was a wash, cut & style. He took me over and maybe conditioned it? He literally touched my head maybe 2 minutes tops. not a wash and condition. Then he blew it dry and started cutting. When he turned me around to see I went into a panic attack. Literally. So much was gone and he added all these layers to thin it. Since I saw he blew through the original style I asked for I even tried to part it in the middle and said nope that looks bad, can you maybe do some bangs? He did discourage me from them. I truly think because it was getting late. I pulled out yet another example, a cut I had done there actually and showed the bangs and asked could he do that? That most stylists haven't been able to. He started cutting again. Bangs weren'tblending and were sticking straight out in spots. I asked could he blend the other side as it goes down my face so I can wear it up and have the sides down. He cut that side leaving about an inch! I got up and stopped him at that point. I started to cry and he scoffed at me. I left bawling. I called day they opened, after everyone seeing it said how bad it truly is. How I shouldn't have paid. How I should have slapped him even. No good remarks but followed by "who did it"? I said I was letting the salon make it right but I didn't know how that would be possible. Truly I don't know how to post pictures but I wish I could share the video I took to show someone. It's shocking. The owner wasn't apologetic she was rather rude actually but did say I could either have a refund or see about having the one stylist that she trusted for long hair, for her own hair to do it. I debated. I really wanted my money back. $40 plus tip plus gas & time to go was a lot...now go back knowing it's so short nothing could be done but maybe some blending? I was supposed to go on this epic trip the following day. I was told to be there at 4 if I wanted it done before my trip. I had to arrange for my son to be watched and pay the gas to get back but I did, thinking maybe they could do some color because with that cut it didn't allow me to blend in the white with styling like I had been and more stuck out in the back because the long hair covered it prior. So I go in and the stylist I was set with had the hair I wanted. She washed and conditioned me (for real this time) and assessed it. From get go she was in shock by it too but said he did the same to her once. That it took 2 years to get it back. Thats exactly how long it will take me to get mine back. She agreed nothing could be done with the cut. she tried to style it but it really just looked like I had hat head. I thanked her for trying on the style, what about color. I explained I found on my own after the cut and consultation the idea of a color part. She showed me what's called color blocking. I asked for that. She didn't have the time to but sent me to another, who I showed a pic, long story short (out of space) she turned me salt and pepper. she went back to make it more chunky but still now I'm grey. It looks awful. The owner replied to an email but nasty, won't even tell me what's on it so I can try to remove it.

I love my new color and cut! I recommend my stylist, Cheryl. This salon is lovely as well. Give it…read morea try--you will love it, too.
