I want to start this off by saying Dr. Dillon is a heck of a chiropractor. so I will give him a…read morestar, but the staff are awful. I switched insurance companies and didn't know what my cost was going to be, I was treated poorly, degraded and embarassed in front of other people in the building about my financial situation. Not sure I'll ever give this place my business again.

I would like to start this with, I used to think a lot of Dr Dillon and his medical opinion. I have…read morelow back (sciatic) and right knee pain. Dr Dillon said he could fix the issue instead of putting a bandaid on it if I allowed him to treat me. I was SO excited and said sign me up! For my knee pain, 6 weeks of shockwave treatment (I thought it was healing, but the pain has already resumed). I signed up for a 3 month course of treatment for my back and neck. Dr Dillon seemed to focus on unimportant things at times. On one occasion, he made such a big deal because I told him about getting massage therapy and when he asked how many massages I get per week, I said 1-3 massages/week. For him, getting a massage wasn't the issue but "I haven't ever met anyone that gets 1-3 massages a week", he said, many times. You would have thought he won the lottery, but I felt like he was making fun of me for being specific when he asked how many massages I get a week. I wasnt being funny. I bit my tongue and continued treatment with Dillon. After 7 weeks into treatment, I told him my back and knee had both flaired up over the weekend. He asked me what my back pain level was. I said 5, it was really hurting. He said, "hmmmm, well thats higher than it was when you first started treatment." He appeared to have a problem with that, and asked if anything he was doing was helping. I told him that I made a statement to him 2 weeks earlier about my foot pain (from back) possibly doing better. I told him at that time I would pay closer attention. Anyway, after I frustrated him with the larger number, he made me feel like I should have definitively felt better by then if the treatment he was providing was working, so pain relief via chiropractic treatment is no longer a viable option. He had a problem with me telling him my back was at a higher level than when we started treatment, but I've considered this and what hurt the most when I started treatment was my knee. When I told him my back was a 5 in pain the other day, my knee was no longer my biggest complaint. My point of reference had changed. Also, there is no pain scale to even reference. He just says, tell me your pain between 1 and 10 (without explanation). Tell me how reliable this number is with no guidleines to go by on this imaginary number scale he's having patients choose from? And Dillon decides treatment is no longer a viable option for me because of this invisible scale. That's fine. I don't want to waste my time or any more of my money (please refund me for the 5 weeks that I've paid for but not getting). I dont like the way I was treated as a patient (unprofessional, I dont need to know the shockwave machine cost you $60,000, and has been worth every penny). I won't go back, nor would I recommend Dillon to those I speak to. Not unless you want to tax your patience and pain your emotions right along with your achy bones. On a scale between 0 and 5 (0 the worst, 5 the best) I would give him a 0 (worst) if the star scale went that low. I do not appreciate you giving me hope and wasting 7 weeks of my life and much money!!!
