Suuuuuper not relaxing. My massage was good. The therapist was nice and professional. I got about 35 minutes of a 50 minute massage. Minuscule seating area. Cold. Holy cow, so cold. I was cold even during the massage. This was our first visit, and no one told us where to go when we were in the building - just, "ok, go on back." "Back where?" "Back." I've had far better massages and services, but I've had far worse, too. For the price, it was fine. However, I won't be back.

He laughed and put a steak dinner bet on when I would file. I cashed in on that bet and enjoyed the steak! Fortunately, the great staff at Teays Physical Therapy worked with me to prove my doctor wrong. It was a tough, but loving regiment, that I worked diligently. Seventeen years later, I am still using my arm, and can do most everyday tasks! My ability to throw a ball is greatly impaired, but I am grateful that I wasn't a professional athlete and don't need that skill to make my way through life. Cindy Skiles is a visionary professional who hires great people that attain great results. I have returned to Teays for therapy after a minor car accident. Another great experience. About 25 minutes later a girl came out over back with a client, checked her out and then acknowledged that was there. The session was OK, but my only issue is the amount of experience. The girl told me she was hired as the receptionist and the owner trained her on how to use the equipment. I feel like that someone using this type of equipment should at least have an aesthetician background. I was forced to put a credit card on file for future visits, which I felt uncomfortable about. I had previously paid a deposit, and I had to pay a second deposit on this most recent visit. I told the girl that I've already paid two deposits, but she would not give me credit for both. She said that the owner would credit me, but I haven't heard anything and that was November 12.

Their staff was very informative and approachable and made me feel very comfortable in learning about techniques and what wd be right for me. In particular, Jen has been extremely helpful in product knowledge outside of Medspa as she used to work for a retailer in skin care- she really knows what works! Based on the results I've seen in my daughters skin transformation I bought the DEJ hydrating cream and I absolutely it! Am going to add more of that line as my finances allow and also am on the books for my first resurfacing treatment next week!! Eeek!
