On August 5, 2026, my daughter made an updo appointment for a wedding she's attending on Saturday,…read moreAugust 29th. Her appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

Best, most thorough, & sketchiest massage of my life…read more Kathy runs her business out of her home which is not in a great neighborhood and her home is not in great condition. When i showed up I thought I was in the wrong place except for the sign outside the house. I knocked on the door and a teenage boy let me in and I walked into the living room where there were 4 kids sitting watching TV. Kathy came out and said she was finishing up with a client and I could wait in the living room with her kids or in another room. I chose the other room but it wasn't much better, it was her bedroom where I sat on the edge of her bed and watched TV until she finished with her client. She came in and got me and took me into the massage room which was great, the music and lighting was what you would expect for a massage parlor. The only down side was that you could hear the TV on in the next room and at one point someone came into the kitchen which was only separated from the massage room by a curtain and it made me very uncomfortable to be naked on the table so close to some rando. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 0 was that it was a really really amazing massage. I came in with really tight shoulders and a crick in my neck and asked for a 30 minute massage. She ended up spending over an hour on me and kept digging until she got the knot out. Then she rubbed icy hot on my sore muscles and did a quick run down of the rest of my body (including my stomach, which I thought was a little weird). I can't say that I won't be going back if I have a really tight spot because I know she will be able to get it out. However, I will definitely request that her family not be roaming around, and I suggest that she move her business out of her home. If she did, I would be a regular customer.

I have not tried all the services but the ones I have tried have been great . They offer everything from manicures to micro blading . The one complaint I was when they were running 45 min behind and didn't tell me . I let them know they should inform clients when that happens . The following times I have been there they call Or tell me when they are running behind or when they can take me earlier . You can get your hair done there and spray tans, facials and massages . I love that they run specials . They offer water to their customers and have ample parking . It's easy to check out when your done and there is a room to relax while your waiting . This room is a lounge and separate from the rest of the service rooms . I hope this business stays in business and they continue to grow . So glad I found this place . I highly recommend Brie for manicures/pedicures and Erica for massages and facials .

Simple, clean, professional, and incredibly effective…read more Annilyn Noah runs a little shop on Washington West St, which has parking just off the alley in front of the rail tracks. Her shop is easy to find with a nice clear store front. As I entered, I was treated to a warm, professional smile. The shop's interior was tidy and had a nice, neutral smell. Scheduling an appointment was super simple using her website, and lucky for me, I was able to slip in a same-day appointment. Ms. Noah was available right on time. , and checked me in without any fuss. Her paperwork was straightforward and not overly invasive. The massage was exactly what I requested, including avoiding the areas I specified. The massage area is private and comfortable. After the massage was complete, Ms. Noah simply offered to set up my next appointment, no pressure, no up sales, just a courtesy for my next appointment. Over all a very relaxing visit with a true professional. I'm really looking forward to my appointment.
