I've been using WiroLimo for many, many years now for all my transportation needs when I come to…read moreNYC. The professionalism I've received every trip is above and beyond. I recommend them to anyone needing a safe, comfortable, and efficient ride to and from the city. On my most recent trip, I accidentally left the vehicle without my phone when being dropped off at LGA. I knew I'd left it the minute I entered the airport. I immediately panicked - and looked up the WiroLimo number from my husband's phone. Our driver William answered and said he discovered my phone and was already making his way back around to the terminal. He pulled up, handed me the phone, and assured me that if personal belongings were left behind in their vehicles, they would do everything possible to return items to their clients. I was so very grateful, and it is one of the many reasons I've used them for so long and will continue to do so. Thank you!! Tammy L.

I'm sure they're great if you can book them, but their website stinks. When I call there's a…read morerecorded message telling you to use the website, with no other options to speak to a representative. On the website there's no option to email or request a quote, just a link to "book now" that requires you to enter your credit card info, with no indication what the rates are or what the cancellation policy is. There is a list of rates for airports and sports venues, but I guess they don't want you to know what they'll charge for more complicated itineraries. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BOOK Big Ben Transportation for your wedding or any major event. My experience with them was…read morefrustrating from start to finish, and on the day of our wedding, their lack of organization caused unnecessary chaos for us and our guests. We reached out in late June to book two 55-person shuttles for our October wedding. The original quote was straightforward ($1,800 per bus, $3,600 total, with a $500 deposit). However, after signing, they never actually processed our deposit. I had to reach out repeatedly by phone and email just to verify that our reservation was actually secured. A week before the wedding, they sent a new invoice with unexpected mandatory tip and toll fees tagged on. We were originally told driver gratuity would be cash at our discretion based on service quality, so having a required tip forced onto the invoice right before the event felt like a bait-and-switch. Things got worse on the actual wedding day. While I was getting ready, one of the drivers called me, completely confused about the pickup schedule and unaware that the two buses had separate departure times. He didn't have the other driver's contact information or a radio to communicate with him. Because of their lack of coordination, several of our guests were left behind and had to order Ubers to the venue. The end of the night was an even bigger failure. Our contract explicitly stated that the shuttles would make a stop at a local bar for our after-party, which was directly on the route to the hotel and less than a minute away, and that one bus would do a second loop to pick up remaining guests. Instead, both drivers completely bypassed the after-party stop and refused to turn around or go back for the second trip. Myself, my partner, and a huge chunk of our guests were stranded at the venue and forced to scramble for Ubers at the end of our wedding night. They eventually refunded around $1,000, but that essentially just wiped out the surprise "tip" they forced onto us and a fraction of the fare. A partial refund doesn't make up for leaving a bride, groom, and their guests stranded after being paid thousands of dollars. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually honors its contracts.

Last week, I flew into New York from Los Angeles with my family for a trip and needed…read moretransportation from JFK Airport to our hotel in Manhattan. When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call. Bravo.
