Second, my dog is an epileptic rescue, who had a bad experience with a groomer that has left him terrified of the iPhone notification bell, to the point that we keep our phones on vibrate. During the service call, one of their phones went off, and they immediately noticed the panicked reaction from the dog. Once I explained the situation, both immediately set their phones to vibrate. It took them over a week to get us an inspection, despite us reaching out multiple times asking for it. We did not get their inspection report until after we had to close on the home, so it was useless. Also their inspection report said our chimney and fireplace were dangerous and unusable, and wouldn't be safe unless we did over $25,000 dollars worth of repairs and replacements in our chimney, which was absolutely stupid. We had a second company (Chimney Sweeps West) come out to do a second opinion, and he was amazed at how good of shape our chimney was in, got it working for us (gas log), and showed us a few pointers on how to make it work even better! He said the chimney didn't need any work at all, other than a bit of a cleaning. A fantastic guy. We asked for our $345 inspection fee back, since they did not fulfill their promise. They refused to return it, so I had to file a credit card dispute against them instead. Don't ever hire these people, they are scam artists.
