The two gentlemen were very personable, obviously knowledgeable of their craft, and considerate; from protecting the carpeting, to the arrangement of the gas logs for proper air flow and aesthetics. We have a dog, and I know service men either love or hate dogs investigating them and barking, but they were so patient. Second, my dog is an epileptic rescue, who had a bad experience with a groomer that has left him terrified of the iPhone notification bell, to the point that we keep our phones on vibrate. During the service call, one of their phones went off, and they immediately noticed the panicked reaction from the dog. Once I explained the situation, both immediately set their phones to vibrate. I know it's a dog, and I know they were there to provide a service (which they did with thorough professionalism), but their kindness and compassion throughout the appointment was much appreciated.
