GET THE LENTIL SOUP!!!!!…read more I stopped in here after quickly reading the reviews on Yelp and pulling into my hotel nearby. When I walked in everything looked soo good and I needed a minute to decide. While pursuing the menu I was offered a sample of Tandoori chicken and rice. It was delicious, so I went ahead and ordered the small platter. They graciously substituted red onions for pickles (I don't digest onions well) on my salad and packed the box full of goodness. I had read to not miss out on the soup so I went ahead and ordered a side which my server nicely added on for free :) You've gotta eat here in Sask!

Guy behind the counter was super friendly, but in Canada, I've come to expect that. Ordered a combo with rice, small salad lamb and chicken tika. Also came with hummus and potatoes. He threw in a bowl of lentil soup that was smooth, hot and surprisingly tasty. Both meats were good, but the star of my meal was the rice, OUTSTANDING! Oh, and grabbed a few pieces of baklava to take back to the hotel. I tried another donair place later in the week and wish I would have just returned to this place.

I ordered the lamb souvlaki and was off put by the negative space on my plate when it arrived. Listen. I am a heavy set gentleman and there's something about 2 skewers, 3 potato slices and the amount of small veggie slices I can count on one hand left me disappointed. I guess I'll be needing to order a SaskatchePizza to eat shirtless laying in my hotel room bed. The staff were helpful and polite.

This quirky and vibrant restaurant has a prime location in downtown Regina. It's also very family friendly. And the staff are very attentive, which makes me very happy to see. I ordered the Bacon & Buttermilk Waffle ($18). It was good but very sweet. I was in love with giant chunks of bacon IN the waffles. In addition, the presentation was very nice and the flavours worked great together. However, as a natural savoury breakfast lover, I'm glad I went out of my comfort zone but I don't think I would order this again. I'm happy to report that my family members that ordered other sweet items were saying how excited they were to come back again! They loved it and can't wait to try something new next time. Needless to say, my family and I will definitely be returning.
