Ordered 2 watches online from this company. Only to find out my items have been sitting at the store and nobody puts effort to contact me. Even their customer service chat assistance could not offer any solution. This business doesn't not care about the customer experience. Merely just here to make money. I just finished the chat assistance and they could not help much. They're telling me to contact the store to process my order, that's not my job. The store needs to contact me. I shouldn't be doing their job. This was suppose to be a special gift and I thought I could trust this company to deliver. Oh they delivered all right , a bunch of L's and disappointment . Best believe I'm taking this complaint higher than a fan. read more

My fiancée and I had an out-of-the park experience at this location. We were lucky to meet an associate named Joy and wow! she made the entire process fun and easy! I would recommend her to anyone interested in a ring purchase. We ended up finding my fiancée a beautiful wedding band and agreed this would be our sole location moving forward. read more

We went in for bands for our 10 year anniversary and she was so sweet and patient walking us through the whole process until we left so very happy with our purchase! I went into the store today, 12/21, looking for a Christmas gift, and the service was amazing! The store was crowded, but they had a system in place so all the entering customers were helped based on the order they entered. Bie helped me with my purchase, and he was the best! I told him what I was looking for, and he asked me for my budget... and he worked his magic and directed me to my options. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident with my purchase. The price was reasonable, and the bracelet was exactly what I was looking for. Bie was patient while I thought about it, and he informed me about a promotion if I opened a Zales credit card. It sounded like a win, win. On top of that, he also made sure the bracelet was cleaned, and he wrapped it for me. All I can say is Bie made my first visit to the store super awesome! I plan to return to shop for myself ;) read more

I purchased a Christmas gift for my girlfriend online about two weeks before Christmas and had it shipped to a Zales store for pickup. Unfortunately, I had to leave town shortly after placing the order. Right before Christmas, I received a message saying my order was refunded without my consent. I immediately called customer service to fix the issue. Despite it being five days before Christmas, I was told they could not resell the item to me, express ship it, or offer any solution to correct their mistake. No effort was made to help save Christmas, and no alternative options were offered. What makes this worse is that I was a frequent Zales customer, but after this experience, they will never get another dollar from me. The customer service and management were absolutely terrible. I spoke with several people--only one representative showed any understanding, and she wasn't even a manager. The management team was dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere. There are plenty of jewelry stores that value their customers and take responsibility when they make mistakes. Zales clearly does not. read more

They did something to my ring that was $250 not even what I ask for they were supposed to write my dead brothers name on the ring because it was a ring for my mom and they didn't do that and they charge me for it the worst store I been to and spend so much in the store read more

Not sure if it's Mother's Day or purely lack of customer service. Came in to look for a Mother's Day Gift, 3 Associates were working with other customers, while I continue to look at jewelry options for 20mins. Not of Zales Customer service quality for sure. read more

They have always been great with all we have bought at the Myrtle Beach Grand Coastal Mall

I want to thank sales rep Bie for their help in choosing an engagement ring and wedding bands for me and my partner. I had gone to another Zales location prior to Commerce where the sales rep mocked our $2k budget for an engagement ring (only an engagement ring, as we weren't looking for anything else at the time) and then referred us to the promise ring section. She offered no real assistance, made us feel very uncomfortable and like we weren't good enough to assist because of our budget. After feeling disrespected and disappointed we decided to try a different location on the off chance we may have a different experience and I am so glad we did! Bie not only worked within our budget, he brought back the excitement we had about the entire process and made everything easy! We walked out of the location not only choosing an engagement ring but also wedding bands. I'm not sure how often these are read by corporate but Bie definitely deserves some recognition for the wonderful experience we had, we're glad we gave Zales another chance. These rings were chosen after wonderful 5 years with my partner and I'm glad they'll also be tied to the good energy Bie provided read more

I got scammed here!!! I purchased a ring for around $2,200 a year ago and it had a promotion for 0% interest for 12 months. I've been making all my payments in order to pay it off, and last month in January, the 12 month period ended. I had payed majority of it off with my balance only being $100. Now I came to look at my account to finish paying it off and find there's a $500 interest charge?!? I was shocked to see this, and as I searched for the cause, I found hidden in the statements that if I did not pay it off within the 12 months that they would charge me interest on the original price of the ring. When I purchased this at the outlet store, I was not notified of this ( I would of glady paid it off sooner if I was). I didn't even know this type of interest charge was possible! As all my other credit cards have only charged me interest on the balance due. And after over an hour of jumping through calls on their customer service phone line, they just told me too bad, there's nothing they can do. Now I will admit I should of looked at the statements from this account, but you have to understand, I'm a full time college student, and part time worker. I don't have time to go through all of my financial information. And now I have to take a $500 Accountability bill as a result. This whole system seems very predatory, as they do not notify you of this crazy interest charge in store. I paid off my balance, and closed my account immediately. And I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ZALES AGAIN. They seem nice in store, but there customer service is grossly underwhelming. They would rather lose a customer that would of spend thousands of dollars in the future, rather than waive a fee that I didn't even know about. Truly disgusting. read more

Low Quality Disposable Jewelry... Lost a side of my "real gold" hoop earrings, since I was passing by I decided I'll go into zales to see if they may have some 2" real gold hoops. Honestly, there's much eye candy here, high in price for the quality and many are sliver or layered gold...Not my fancy. Furthrmore, it has outlet in its name but no outlet prices. Very over priced! My point was, for the quality it's over priced. Response: Sure it is 10, 30 40 or 75% off, in *Theory* read more

Jeanette was fantastic - we were " just looking " because we planned to buy a different ring my wife liked at Costco. We described the one she liked, and showed Jeanette a picture to see if Zale's had something similar. She showed us a beautiful ring with three Emerald cut Diamonds in the center. It was perfect for my wife. We ended up making the purchase with Jeanette because of her great customer service and professionalism. We will recommend Zale's and Jeanette to our friends and family. read more

Shout out to Jeanette who made my recent ring upgrade possible! She was amazing to work with. Her professionalism and commitment to making sure everything went well, along with the store manager Sarwar, really helped me to be at ease during the whole transaction - - which took a total of about 3 weeks from the time I texted her a photo of the ring, to finding/securing the ring, sending it for sizing to actually picking up my ring at the Zales Citadel location. I have never experienced this level of OUTSTANDING customer care! Jeanette will be my one and only go to person for any and all jewelry purchases. read more

after literally leaving the store with 3 different rings and changing my mind each time i finally saw a ring online i called my sales lady cheryl who was very very helpful, she got the ring i wanted in the store in a few days and i went to pick it up. i'm so please and grateful for their patience with me. my husband upgrade a $2500 ring he got me in 2015 and every penny went towards my new 7ct... ring. love it. special shout out to the manager jorge also for helping me so much. and finally... mostly thank you to all the employees for making me feel covid safe. all times i went to the store, there was never to many people in the store and i saw the employees constantly sanitizing the chairs, glass displays, the jewelry, and their hands. never saw anyone without a mask. thank you so much. for keeping me and my family safe while shopping there zales, good job! read more

Patty is amazing to say the least. My husband and I went in not knowing what we really wanted. He wanted to get me an engagement ring I liked. We just happen to be at the shopping center and walked in. Patty greeted us with a smile and good morning. She helped us pick out a ring, answered all our questions. She provided outstanding customer service each and every time we went in. Please ask for Patty if you ever plan on stopping in. read more

I honestly don't know what the negative issues are with Zales. People are always bashing it and I couldn't figure out why. I did a Google search and basically people say that they have bad quality and overcharge. I have never seen that. I've been shopping at Zales since 2015 and it's my favorite place for jewelry. I have gone to other places after hearing negative comments about Zales. I haven't found any other place that has the beautiful UNIQUE designs that I've purchased from Zales. The prices and sales are in my ideal range. Their warranty CANNOT be beat! Even if you feel like you overpaid for mediocre items the warranty itself makes up for it. No where else have I found a warranty like what Zales offers. I love Zales and I recommend it to people and I will continue to shop there and be proud that I do. Also the employees at the Zales Outlet in Commerce, CA are the best. Very kind and warm staff! read more

After sales service is not satisfactory! The lock of my necklace was broken. After going to repair it, I replaced the original larger lock with a smaller lock. It was very inconvenient to use. I asked for a lock of the original size, and the store said they would give me a new necklace of the same size. , When I got home, I found that it was different from the original, and the quality was much worse! I am not happy! read more

Great experience at this location. We are willing to make the drive out because of the customer service. Shout out to Camille!

Been with Zales for 4 years, got a $400 interest charge without even notifying me my promotion was over. I've spent thousands of dollars, me and my wife actually & after this bs i will never buy from Zales again. They've done this to not just me and my wife but a few others I've spoken to and they also won't be buying from zales either anymore. They're whole system is crooked and i know they been doing this for years now just stealing people money. 10s of thousands of dollars just gone but i have a huge social media following and will get this word out for everyone else getting scammed by Zales read more

This location was very helpful. Another nearby location told me the repairs department was closed for the past 3 weeks and this week I was told it was gonna be another 3 weeks but when I called here not only did they answer the phone in the first ring but he told me the repairs was open. He also told me they use the same repairs department so idk why the other location told me this. I'm getting my wedding ring sized and I'm so excited. Thanks to Jorge who gave great customer service, I will be getting my wedding ring sooner than later. He also assured me that if the government closes stores down again because of COVID19, they would still have curbside. I will be going back in a couple days with my fiancé to look for his ring read more
