I brought in several things to repair and some rings to be sized, including a platinum band with…read moreten tiny diamonds that was my grandmother's. The ring had some sizing beads on the band, to keep it from twirling. They sized the ring and took the beads off. I gave it back to them to fix. They made it dangerously large and now the band is so thin I'm afraid it will break. it is still not the correct size. I paid for all my jewelry and left. At one point, I went back to get my watches and the counter person was convinced I had just picked them up. She demanded I show her everything I just picked up. She didn't ask the other person who waited on me to see if she gave me the watches (4 minutes prior). Finally she looked in the back and brought out my watches, no apology for her mistake. I sent them an email asking to be repaid for the diamond band and no response from them. They still owe me over $200. Do not ask them to do custom work!! They also stretched a gold wedding band (jeweler told me they did have a machine to stretch rings) that messed up engraving. I was very clear I wanted to preserve engraving.

I've had a promise ring and antique ring resized here as well as my Grandmother's engagement ring repaired. They helped remake a band that had worn through which took a fair amount of work. Hasko's fixed every issue. A 55 plus year old ring now looks brand new. Hasko's is excellent at finding any solution to any jewelry problem you maybe having. I purchased a few of the Rewine candles from Susan's Treasures before, so I know the Rewine candles are of great quality and burn evenly down to the bottom of the recycled wine bottles.
