But the food is tasty! We had the summer rolls, peppered calamari, the signature pho, and the beef short-rib pho. The summer rolls and calamari were good, you could taste the freshness of the veggies and shrimp. I wish the calamari had been a bit crispier and seasoned with a touch more salt and pepper, but it was still very good. The real reason I'll be coming back is the pho broth. Some people might describe it as slightly sweet, but to me, it had a rich, balanced flavor. I'm not sure if the short rib is available all the time (it does have a lot of fat, as beef short rib often does), but it was flavorful. Definitely coming back to try more.

I ordered the chicken gyro, which was packed with flavor and incredibly juicy. I also tried the lamb tikka and beef kofta. Watching the cooks prepare the meat on the large skewers over the grill made the experience even better. The meal came with rice and a side salad, making for a satisfying and well-balanced plate. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

While their red sauce leaves a little to be desired (it has a slightly off-putting vinegary taste and not very spicy), their green sauce is amazing with its zesty cilantro and mint taste! While in Flushing, I saw this spot on Yelp and it didn't let me down. This was so good and the meats were so tender and flavorful. To top it all off, it was only $9.
