James and his co-worker were engaging and supportive as I entertained options for which glass I should use to replace my iPad glass. I've had ZAGG glass on my iPhone and iPad since I first purchased. Most accidental drops survive with no damage. Occasionally I drop on stone, for instance against the fireplace, and a crack will occur on the screen. Generally it is practically invisible, but I replace to maintain the integrity of the system. The team here at ZAGG Valencia are always helpful, efficient and meticulous with their work. After a number of years, I was noticing white dots appearing on the screen of my iPad Pro 12.9. I was able to retrieve the old receipt for the Zagg shield that I had them install. The young man at the Zagg kiosk in the mall was able to replace the screen protector with the normal installation fee. I now have a new, clear, bright screen protector and was pleased with the outcome. read more

Have replaced my Apple Watch screen protector several times over the years I work with my smart watch on and often do manual labor so my watch can sometimes get messed up from working with it on. Ive had one other Apple Watch and this one has always been protected with there screen protectors. I like that they can look up your account and see your recent purchases and you can go in any time for a replacement and it's very cheap and they install it as well.
