As we got the car home and called in another mechanic, we discovered 3 bolts to the hub were not tightened and the other one was so tight it took 2 people to try to get this bolt off. One bolt was chewed up pretty bad where it was sticking half way in and out. Which beat the hub up pretty good. What I paid Binkleys for the mess they left me and the new mechanic, im out of pocket about 800 as of now! Still Trying to locate bolts to put back in the hub. So disappointing. I will not be going back. This could've gone way worse than what it did.

Their inspection sheet features images to go with their assessment, which provides proof for those who might be skeptical. Its not like the quick oil change places where you go in for an oil change and they come talk to you about everything from your air filter, tire rotation, engine flush, serpentine belt, and anything they have no record of at their location to even include changing the air freshener tree on your mirror "as per manufacturer recommendations..." or "to enhance the performance/engine life of your vehicle..." They take the time to do a fair and accurate assessment to see if other problems exist. You don't always want to hear what they have to say after their inspection (I drive an '05 so they had all kinds of legitimate findings...) but they are forthright and live up to their name. I was familiar with most of the problems they identified and would trust they wouldn't gouge someone not as savvy with mechanical knowledge. Good and courteous folks work here and who seem to enjoy what they do. While I live here, I will continue to utilize them for my vehicle's needs. I highly recommend them and would trust them enough to care for family and friends with as much time and attention to detail.

Fortunately, I didn't have to wait too long like I have in the past since I got there around 750AM. They repaired my flat, didn't try to up charge me and got me out of there in under 45 minutes.
