I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. (And this isn't some specialized complex case) They communicate nothing, and every time we call to follow up it takes multiple calls to get an answer (I'm sure their phones are busy with other unhappy patients.)
