I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

Hard to understand why they insist on payment before you're allowed in a chair, but if they owe you money it takes "4-8 weeks " for a refund. Avoid these people

After administering the anesthesia I told her that I still had feeling in my tooth. She said I wasn't being honest and said that she would wait 5 more minutes, then she was going to get started. When she came back, I told her I still had feeling. She used the water sprayer to check and I said that I can still feel the ice cold spray. She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. I wIll never go here ever again and you shouldn't either. Whenever I see their stupid commercials and I see her speaking about patient care I am enraged all over again. Within 3-4 days of that I got a call from Ryan who said they could see me the next day at 4:30. They are in network with most insurance companies, I have United Healthcare at the moment which they took. All the employees and the dentist were super nice and helpful. They did take a lot of xrays which just makes them do a more thorough job. It was all covered by my insurance. The X-ray lady was really nice and the dentist then covered the xrays with me. He recommended one of my crowns be redone and explained why. He repeated that it's not necessarily needed at the moment but will cause issues in the future. He did not try to up sale me on anything else. The hygienists was really thorough and explained everything as well. We had used the Affordable Denture in Midwest City, OK for his original denture and had an excellent experience so we were willing to try this office closer to home even though they had poor ratings. No, this poor rating is well earned. Almost a month later he still has no denture. (And this isn't some specialized complex case) They communicate nothing, and every time we call to follow up it takes multiple calls to get an answer (I'm sure their phones are busy with other unhappy patients.) I can't rate the quality of product because we haven't received anything so far, but I'm not holding my breath.

Most recently, after my visit on 06/09/2026, I received a bill and was told the claim was pending with insurance. However, on 06/23/2026, I contacted Humana directly, and the representative informed me that they had no claim on file for that date of service. This was very frustrating and raised concerns about the office's billing process. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with Devin Honors, Practice Manager of Operations. When I called to ask questions about the billing issue, she stated that she did not know why I had received the bill and said that on her end the claim was pending. While I was still trying to ask follow-up questions and understand the situation, she abruptly hung up the phone. Patients deserve clear communication, accurate billing, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those during this experience. I hope the office takes steps to improve both its billing practices and the way patient concerns are handled.

Well, now I get a statement from them showing a balance fwd along with another family member added to it that was never on my account and a new balance of $234.20. Complete scam and incompetent company and billing. Call them and as always, no one answers the phone. I verbally gave a cease and desist and am going to have to contact an atty at this point. Run! This place has gotten so crooked. The root canals and crowns I had done there are all needing redone. It is taking a year to get them to fix the billing and still, they can't seem to get it fixed.
