Biggest factor in leaving was no communication on how funds were doing. Are they doing better, worse or the same as a non actively managed account? I never knew! The only regular updates I received were bills. In order to know any changes in your account you have to send an email and request specifically what you want. No regular, periodic emails sent showing status. Nope, just the bill. So I wish I could tell you if it was a benefit or not to have an actively managed account but I know less now on than I did previously. So overall kinda disappointing. I guess I assumed I would receive information on how my account was doing & hopefully better to justify the fee, but that just never happened. Nice and trustworthy guy but knowing how the account is doing is more important to me than having a 'nice guy' in my contact list. I'm honestly a bit bummed. The quest continues!
