Their QA has been top-notch - their checks have caught problems that existed in the original documentation, calling them to our attention, and allowing us to make corrections in both the English and the translations. Their translators are in-country, meaning that Russian is done by a native Russian speaker living in Russia, Swedish by someone in Sweden, etc. Translators living in-country is important, as technological terminology evolves at a rapid rate. A translator who has lived in America for 20 years is likely not going to be able to provide quite the same quality as someone who is in-country. After our initial meeting we had to write a retainer check (for the full $1000) which I still felt hesitant about, but she seemed trustworthy by that point. About 3 weeks later, we received our documents in the mail as promised, which we read thoroughly and then contacted her office to set up an appointment for us to go in and sign the paperwork in her presence. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled professionally. The process cost $1000 for both of our sets of paperwork. I don't know if a will for an individual would be less expensive (maybe half?).
