I was on the side of the road where it wasn't too safe. I called them to see if they could pick me up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knew exactly where I was located by me describing roads nearby. They said an hour of a wait. I called 911 to let them know that I didn't feel safe, and they dispatched police to arrive on the scene. As soon as they arrived, this company stopped and said they were going to pick me up and drop me off at the local gas station. They said this will get me off the road because it's unsafe in that area. As well as delivering my vehicle to the destination the next day. They towed it 38 miles away to the destination as they said they would on time. It cost me $250 for the delivery, but they didn't charge me to hook it up, and take it to their garage to get me off the road. I'd use this place again if I needed to. The driver that hooked me up was super nice. One recommendation is that they do not use insurance companies. In case you're seeking your insurance company to choose them.

BE AWARE WARNING!!!!…read more I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I have to warn every trucker and driver out there. If I could give negative stars, I would. My truck broke down on I-70 in West Virginia. I called this roadside company for help, and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. First, the guy showed up almost two hours late. When he finally got there, he barely looked at my truck for 20-30 minutes. The problem was simple -- just an air leak -- but instead of even trying to fix it, he immediately started pushing me to tow the truck to their shop. He kept saying it was "big" and "complicated," which was a complete lie. He was clearly trying to run up the bill. When I refused the tow, he told me I had to pay $500 just for him showing up and doing nothing. No work, no repair, nothing fixed. Just standing there and arguing with me. I ended up paying because I didn't want more problems, but I knew I was being ripped off. And here's the worst part: this guy was extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. He called me names, mocked me, and even asked if I was an "illegal immigrant" (I am a U.S. citizen, by the way). After I left, he continued sending me hateful and threatening text messages, saying things like "Trump is coming buddy for your ass" and "can't wait to put you out of business." I have full screenshots of his texts with his number -- this wasn't just bad service, it was harassment and racism. To prove how much of a scam this was: after paying him $500 for nothing, I called the TA truck stop at Exit 11 on I-70. Their mechanic came out in 45 minutes, fixed the problem on the spot, and charged me $358. That's what a real professional does. This other guy just pocketed $500 and insulted me. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with roadside service in my entire trucking career. The man was dishonest, hateful, and threatening. They don't care about helping drivers, they only care about taking your money and bullying you. Truckers, listen to me: avoid this number, avoid this company. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money, and don't put yourself in danger by dealing with people like this. There are honest roadside services out there -- this is not one of them.

I was told that "that's just for looks" which doesn't at all mitigate it not being lined up uniformly. Also, the strip didn't extend around the corner of the windshield on the passenger side. I had to go back the next day to point these things out - in addition to an improperly-placed rear view mirror which had an air bubble and gel showing from the outside. They tried to put it back on properly, then I heard the guy yelling about how he can't get it to work right (which is what you want to hear while sitting there waiting for work on your car to be done). He also just stuck some sort of sticky black material in the corner of the windshield, and told me that the (uneven) rubber strip should "settle down after a while". For good measure, I also noticed a new scratch on my driver side front fender when I got home. Will not take either of my cars to them in the future.

For an hour's worth of work, he charged me almost nothing for his time and expertise. Thank you, Mark, for your honest service and allowing me to reach home safely. Clearly this is a hidden gem in Wheeling as I was waiting, another customer came in to pick up a previous repair, and left with a big smile on his face.
