He charged us $328 to get out of his truck and write up a bill. He charged us for 54 miles at $1.50/mile and the shop was only 8 miles away. We have since disputed the fraudulent charges and will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and then I will be filing a complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive Repairs

They initially ordered him a new windshield because we weren't sure the large chip was going to be fixable with filler. I took the car in this morning to get the new windshield and they said it was definitely fixable rather than having to replace the whole windshield. They saved me $250 and 2 hours of my time. Had a great conversation with the manager (owner possibly). He guaranteed the filler to stop the chip from cracking any and said if it does, he will fix it free of charge. And if a new windshield is needed in the next year, he will knock $50 off with today's receipt. I have used the Bridgeville location before and was pleased and I was more than happy today. Same guys runs both shops. I will recommend them to everyone and if needed, I will be a repeat customer! BTW, cheapest price you're going to find for any auto glass work!

She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes. Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$.
