Crank handle on window broke after using it 3 times. Workers admit that they don't check the stock before loading it on the truck for the days work. Excuse after excuse why they don't have the right tools or inventory for that days job. This company actually creates more stress for themselves because they can't get the job right the first , second or third time. If you're looking for quick install for windows this is not your place! Be prepared for several trips to your house. In fact it's been 6 total trips including sales consultation, final measurements to window installation. Only positive thing I can say is the windows actually look good and the workers did clean up after each days work.

He was very professional and was upfront with me about the extra time it will take to fill my order due to the pandemic. So 6 months later, they called and scheduled my window installation. They covered my floors with dropcloths, and once the window was installed, they wiped down my kitchen, and vacuumed and wiped my floors. I'm so happy I chose them and would highly recommend them. Drop cloths were used on the floors, and they swept and cleaned up after each window. I didn't worry at any time about broken glass, nails, etc. They did a fantastic job, and even wiped and cleaned the new windows (they will never be this clean again!) When I met with Jim initially, I told him that I heard of Windows Pittsburgh from Yelp. He seemed surprised by this, because he doesn't use Yelp for advertising anymore. As you know, this company isn't as heavily broadcasted in the Pittsburgh area.
