They even tinted right over the inspection sticker in the window, said it was OUR fault for not telling them about the sticker, then cut it out and put in another patch of tinting in the hole, with a ton of un-tinted space around it. Talk about a hack job! I am absolutely appalled. Over $400 paid up front & they refuse to fix it unless we pay more. On top of that, the lady running things is acting like a complete child, refusing to fix it or refund, calling us terrible customers on FB, saying she will beat us like she beat cancer and removing our comments with photos of the job. We are not hard to please & we love shopping locally. I know they have been around for a while and have plenty of satisfied customers, but this job needs to be made right.

As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. That's the only positive thing that I can say about my…read morerecent windshield replacement: Sub-par work with no attention to detail: the rubber strip which goes behind the windshield was put on unevenly, flush with the roof on the driver side, sticking up on the passenger side. I was told that "that's just for looks" which doesn't at all mitigate it not being lined up uniformly. Also, the strip didn't extend around the corner of the windshield on the passenger side. I had to go back the next day to point these things out - in addition to an improperly-placed rear view mirror which had an air bubble and gel showing from the outside. They tried to put it back on properly, then I heard the guy yelling about how he can't get it to work right (which is what you want to hear while sitting there waiting for work on your car to be done). He also just stuck some sort of sticky black material in the corner of the windshield, and told me that the (uneven) rubber strip should "settle down after a while". For good measure, I also noticed a new scratch on my driver side front fender when I got home. Will not take either of my cars to them in the future.

Clearly this is a hidden gem in Wheeling as I was waiting, another customer came in to pick up a previous repair, and left with a big smile on his face. This establishment provides quick and honest service (for cheap too), and they deserve your business more than the big chain stores in St. Clairsville.
