I was in a pickle on Thursday while driving home on Route 40. My car completely shut down and…read morebasically blew up. It was out with no activity. I was on the side of the road where it wasn't too safe. I called them to see if they could pick me up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knew exactly where I was located by me describing roads nearby. They said an hour of a wait. I called 911 to let them know that I didn't feel safe, and they dispatched police to arrive on the scene. As soon as they arrived, this company stopped and said they were going to pick me up and drop me off at the local gas station. They said this will get me off the road because it's unsafe in that area. As well as delivering my vehicle to the destination the next day. They towed it 38 miles away to the destination as they said they would on time. It cost me $250 for the delivery, but they didn't charge me to hook it up, and take it to their garage to get me off the road. I'd use this place again if I needed to. The driver that hooked me up was super nice. One recommendation is that they do not use insurance companies. In case you're seeking your insurance company to choose them.

My truck was repaired after a small accident. The shop called on a Monday and left a message stating my truck would be finished later in the day. I arrange a ride to tge shop for Tuesday afternoon and arrive at the shop. I tell the workers why I am there, and 15 minutes later they tell me that they " just pulled a truck into the bay for a brake job so they cant get my truck out. I will have to wait till they are done or come back later" This was unacceptable to me, my ride was on their lunch break, and I wanted my truck that was paid for already. And I told the workers I did not have time to wait, and woukd be unable to arrange another ride. Long story short, a person I believe to be the person in charge arrived and began swearing at me while I was standing outside of the shop on the phone with my insurance agent. I came right back at him stating this was all unacceptable. He then said that "your truck aint done yet. It needs one more part I will call you when its done". Not only was his grammar terrible, but he was now being a jerk to me for being upset that his workers screwed up! My agent called there, to no avail. Now his story changed to I am not releasing the truck until the insurance check clears the bank in case somone tries to stop payment on it. Stating that my agent threatened this , which my agent denies saying and denies is even possible. So, this guy was flat out refusing to give me my truck that he called me to tell me was done. At that point, I was forced to call the local Sheriff to have a deputy dispatched to mediate this situation. The antagonist then told me to " get off my property". I did so, and walked to the street where he followed me and kept inching nearer to me. At that point I was afraid for my safety. I was talking to my insurance agent and told her she may need to call local 911 for me. At that point he backed off. Once the deputy arrived, my truck was released and the antagonist continued to make snide and insulting comments about me, the clothes I was wearing ( he is obviously not an Ohio St fan), my appearance, and somehow he accused me of being a "Hillary Clinton voter" ( where that came from and what that is supposed to mean: I dont know). And on and on and on. I apologized to the deputy for his need to come out for this and he simply said, " believe me, I am not surprised" Like I said: the work was adequate, the experience was unacceptable.

And saying foul language around a small child. Very unprofessional. Another service provider was dispatched out for the tire change and that driver was standing there saying he was sticking around for the bullsh**. That's not good customer service at all. Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

Jeremy refused to tow my vehicle back home (blamed his boss) and left me stranded in the dark and alone with my inoperable vehicle. Before Jeremy left he told me to "please lock your doors, this is not a safe area".
