However, the movers were an hour late and showed up with an extra person than I was not originally quoted. Which is fine, if it doesn't change my quote, but what I was charged ended up being expodentially higher than what I anticipated based on the quote. Especially since I moved a majority of my items before they arrived. I had most of the items already ready and took apart and put together my bed itself. I even assisted helping move what I had left by loading the smaller items in my car. I moved most of the items before they even arrived so they had really only had the heavy/bigger items that I couldn't take myself. There were also 30 minutes I couldn't even find the movers, even after calling them. I had moved 6 minutes down the road but it took them over 30 minutes to arrive. I had driven back, double checked they got everything, locked everything up, came back to the new place, and still waited another 15 minutes. So they were off somewhere unknown to me. This also lowered my trust in their service. When I asked for an itemized receipt so I could double check how I was being charged, I never heard from them again. If you do decide to use this company, you should know that the quality is excellent because they take care in how your items are moved, their professionalism and communication is great but you may hear them complaining if items are heavy. I think the funniest comment I heard from them was "Everything is heavy Up in this Crib". I would recommend ensuring someone is there the entire time to ensure you track when they leave and when they arrive at the new location and have them itemize the receipt before sending you the bill. A vague receipt won't do to make sure you aren't overcharged.

After the truck left our old address, the movers took more than an hour to arrive at the destination which couldn't have been more than a 5 minute drive away. When the movers finally did come back with the truck, they were drinking sodas, so we assumed they just went to lunch. Nothing wrong there -- it was noon and people have to eat. However, at the end of the day they charged us for the hour they were at lunch (see attached photos). At the end of the move when we were unpacking, we saw that the movers had significantly damaged many of our possessions including our printer, an office chair, an office desk, kitchen supplies, our TV console, and had lost many items including the screws needed to reassemble our bed frame. The movers took no responsibility and just told us to search for the lost items in the old apartment (which did not have the missing items). Unfortunately we did not get an upgraded insurance policy as we did not expect a $240/hr company to be this bad at their work. We naively believed that a company with glowing reviews on the internet could do their jobs correctly. Nonetheless, we decided we would settle for the $0.60/lb reimbursement. After nearly a month before we finally got ahold of Prime Moving again for reimbursement, they simply denied that their movers had done the damage and refused to reimburse us for more than $100 for having caused nearly $500 of damage. Apparently if you don't take before and after photos of everything you own, they can just deny that their workers did anything wrong. It's truly a shame that this company won't stand by the quality of their work.

All Ways Moving packed us up and moved us to VA from Washington. PA. Muncie, Mark, Jack, and one man whose name I have forgotten, did a phenomenal job. Efficient, pleasant, careful, calm and steady, the crew seemed not to waste a movement, worked getting the van loaded and unloaded in what I thought was excellent time. I truly appreciated Muncie's calm manner, since I was stressed out and very tired. He radiated calm professionalism. I would heartily recommend All Ways to others. All our goods arrived safely and right on time. I could not have asked for a better move...and I have moved several times before this. We are seniors who were forced to move from our house to a one bedroom apartment. This crew was amazing and professional, hard-working and very careful with everything. we felt very pampered by the way they handled everything. We moved into this apartment that was a new senior development. I wasn't sure how it was going to work with the elevator and everything but it was very smooth with each crew member handing off to the next crew member and so on. i've moved with this company before and I hope I never have to move again but if I ever do there will never be any other company I will even consider than this one. We moved over 700 miles and got numerous quotes. We felt most comfortable with Allways. Throughout our experience there was constant communication, excellent customer service, an amazing team lead and some wonderful associates who helped to load and unload our home. This also doesn't even factor in that their estimate was spot on and the actual even came in a tad under our estimate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who hears horror stories about movers as I have prior to this experience. I was so impressed with this moving company! I did all the research when trying to find a movie company...........I had a bad experience in the past with movers. They had such a great reputation I decided to go with them. I was certainly not disappointed! They were great! We were moving from a 4 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom, 2 large moving trucks of stuff. Not one thing was damaged (except for something I wrapped incorrectly)! Pretty impressive I think. Also, it was in the middle of winter and freezing cold outside. Moved from Kilbuck Twp.Pa. to coastal Georgia, arriving Oct.3 (2 days before Hurricane Matthew.) What a nice bunch of people! Al Ruppen explained everything (our first move) and Scott and his fellows made it all look easy (they packed some and we packed some) as to packing, loading, and unloading and on time delivery. Highly recommended. Pick up and delivery exactly as scheduled. We had five guys doing the pick up and they had the house emptied in an incredibly short time. For delivery there were two guys who moved everything into the new place very quickly. In addition to the service, the guys were all friendly and did everything possible to put every thing in place as per our requests. The movers represented All Ways Moving most favorably. Just moved Thursday. As moves go, it was probably one of the smaller one's this crew had done, but they were very good. They seemed to genuinely care about our belongings and they were very polite. They asked where we wanted them to put everything in the new home and were careful not to mark up the floors, carpeting or walls. If considering Ryder Roofing for a job, do yourself a favor & read this entire review. The poor…read morecraftsmanship & service provided by this company is just unbelievable. Jay came & gave a quote 8/18. We discussed the work to be done & agreed 2 soffit supports & the surrounding trim needed replaced. I showed him pictures & explained in detail what it looked like on the inside. I was assured that the work to be done would be of quality, & that they were going to remove rotted supports & replace them w/ new wood. Jay arrived on the job 8/20 w/ 1 other employee (El?), they discussed the details of the job & Jay left to get materials. El began removing the rotted trim on the 1st support & cut the rotted end off of the support. When Jay returned w/ the materials. I noticed there were only various width 1"x's & a couple 2x4s, no 2x10s, so I decided to see what was going on. I noticed El was piecing together 1"x's like a game of tetris to get the width of the original support but not providing adequate support. I pointed this out & a piece of wood literally fell out of his assembly exposing rotted wood he was going to hide. He called Jay, & proceeded to remove the trim from the other bad support & cut its rotted ends off. When Jay arrived, I pointed out the covered up piece of rotted wood & stated that what was being done provided no support. Jay instructed El to cut out the small piece of rotted 2x4 & replace it w/ a new piece (approx. 8"). El moved onto the 2nd support where he had both 2x10s cut to equal length & was proceeding to use a staple gun to attach new 2x10 end to end, again providing no support for the 3' of roof overhang. When I pointed this out to Jay, he began to show frustration & took it out on El, then asking if I knew how to do this job why didn't I just do it? At this point I wish I had. They then cut one of the 2x10's shorter than the other & put a couple of screws in it, still not providing adequate strength to support. El worked for awhile putting up the trim. After he attached the two sides I mentioned that it was crooked & the bottoms were running together. Jay told me that "unless you're really looking for it you wont see it." Seems like something a professional would say, right? Jay told me I was making El nervous & hes not used to others watching him work. He also began explaining how the job was more technical now & that he would need to adjust the cost, but quoted "I wont beat you up too bad". Even though the agreed upon job of replacing supports was not being performed? I went inside for awhile allowing them to work. Shortly after, Jay went to get pizza & once they ate lunch, Jay left. El rushed to finish for the day; he completed the trim work, smeared caulking in the screw holes & slopped on some paint (getting it all over the soffit & fascia). El cleaned up some of the materials & left for the day w/ no communication. When I noticed he was gone, I looked at the work done. I texted Jay, saying the job didnt look good & that there was paint slopped all over my house. When cleaning up after their mess, I also texted Jay & asked about the 2nd support just left open to the elements (as there was rain in the forecast). He responded an hr later asking if I wanted it tarped. In that time, I decided I didnt want my attic left open, so I closed it in myself. I received no other responses from Jay that evening, nor on Sunday. Monday, I texted him asking if we were going to come to a resolution w/ this all. To which, I got poor attitude & the insinuation that I owe him more money. I tried to explain that the poor craftsmanship was unacceptable & he should take accountability, he then replied "please stop texting me". Since then I have had no contact w/ Ryder Roofing. On 8/25 & 26 I pulled apart their "repair" to find it worse than I thought. It came apart w/o much use of force at all, apparently staples arent very structurally sound. So I, the homeowner, redid the entire job, properly REPLACING the support 2x10s.
