Dr. DeJuk is the primary care doctor for my whole family. Grandparents, Grandchildren, daughter and inlaws. We all feel the same about this doctor and everyone that works in the office. They treat everyone with the respect and care that you should get from every doctor but don't or haven't. If you are looking for a great doctor that isn't just wanting to hit your insurance,,, YOU FOUND HIM! If you don't have insurance, they do take cash. I can assure you his fees won't brake the bank!

Asked to "come 20 minutes early" to a 9a appt to help him fill out forms was all well & good... happy to help. But, the staff not opening the door when buzzed or answering the phone? No bueno. Hope it's not indicative of future customer service or their ability to create & maintain positive staff:patient relations. When the new patient was finally called, he was met by a very courteous & friendly female med tech who conducted the initial intake, asking Qs relevant to answers provided on the forms we'd just completed. 10 mins later, doc & patient were were face-to-face, working on his Patient Care plan. Lots of patients who seem to like the doc's clinical skills & his staff. I'm giving 4 Stars, due to the initial experience & subsequent long wait times, even with an appt! Easy access w/ample parking, across f/Putnam County hospital.

I'm bewildered not ONE notice from them and now we are urgently searching for a new primary care Dr. The new staff to include the office manger are rude, unhelpful and she hung up on me. I'm filing an official report with the state of FL, as I'm pretty sure you can't lose medical records, not notify patients you no longer accept them and their medical insurance. Kharma is not nice and whoever hung up on me will reap what they sow. Stay far away from this craziness if you care about your health, only out for greed! !

I am a retired pediatric critical care nurse for almost 40 years. I choose this as my family…read morepractice because the three practitioners are very caring, very diligent, and very knowledgeable. I also like that I don't make an appointment which may not end up being a good time for me with all my comorbidities. I just come anytime when they're open. I have never waited long but I tend to go closer to the evening. They take their last patient back at 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 4:00 p.m. Saturday/ Sunday. I highly recommend them. The three practitioners seem to get along well with each other and are very pleasant to be seen by. I'm happy to see any one of the three. Whenever I've had to have meds refilled that required a re-newed prescription. They get on top of it within that day... I've never had to call another time to re-ask. Even the intake assistants an office techs are very nice and thorough. Grateful they are so close to me!
