I called the store about 15 minutes after I left and asked about my item and that i would be picking it up. He lied about taking my item I left behind, making up about how a homeless man ran in and spit on him and took it. I asked him this was true. To which HE TOLD ME THAT HE LIED after I confronted him on the phone about it. I WAS THEN YELLED AT ABOUT HOW I SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT IT, AFTER I TOLD HIM I CANT BELIEVE HE LIED. He then made an excuse, and I believe he took it himself. No curses were exchanged. I DID NOT YELL OR WAS ANGRY, I WAS UPSET ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME AND THEN VERBALLY WAS NASTY ON THE PHONE. She told me when they had the shipment of the flavor I like and was always so helpful when choosing flavors. I went back because it's Xmas time and was getting gifts and my cousins cool mint puff wasn't working, so I called and he exchanged it, easily. I bought 4 (2 lychee ice, lush ice, and cool mint). Before I went in my friend told me to check the authentication of it because of what happened and so I did and the lychee ice was fake but the rest were real. I told him and this man shook his head for way too long and was like "they all real" like ok... he doesn't even bother checking or being even caring about it. I mean I don't care about how rude he was but what bothers me is the lack of care he had for when I told him. PLUS, it wasn't even opened so it's not like I couldn't swap it, he didn't offer a swap or anything. Probs won't come back here.

These guys are great and this is their second shop. I had a problem with a Vape that quit working…read morerecently after purchase. Turns out the manufacturer is aware of the problem and being difficult about the warranty. When I came back in they helped me troubleshoot and even offered a credit to exchange toward something else. The other complaint on here seems unusual to me as I have had nothing but a great experience at both shops making me a repeat customer. Their pricing is also fair and inline for the area. You can always buy cheaper things at other stores and online but I believe in supporting local business that create convenience for the community. It's nice to be able to go into a store and touch things before you buy them. Thanks again guys!

I got home and the thing only worked twice. I went back 2 days later with the receipt in hand ready to exchange it and they wouldn't do that. The lame working the counter called the owner who told him they wouldn't return it. The best he v Could do is give me $10 off another one.
