They are by far the nicest people ever. I have used them numerous times over the past 3 years and I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning needs. When one of the hurricanes was coming through, I had saw on Facebook that they were offering complimentary visits to come see if your air conditioning units were properly strapped down- after that post I called them up, because let's face it I know NOTHING about air conditionings. Mine was fine. Thankfully. Recently, literally like 3 weeks ago.. our house was getting warmer by the hour, my husband thought I was hallucinating... men... when our temperature inside climbed from 71 to 78 in the matter of 3 hours I knew something was up. A quick trip online filing out a request form & then a phone call from the owner who is locally known and he gave us suggestions what to do over the phone till the next morning. Fast forward to the next day and another worker had came out and he fixed our air conditioning, it was under $100. My honest opinion is they are a great company, honest, reliable and very affordable.

While I appreciate the lower price, it makes me question why we weren't given the fairer price from the start. Transparency and consistency in pricing are important, and this experience has unfortunately affected my trust and confidence in this company. Imagine our surprise when we found water dripping when it ran. We tried calling the competitor who supposedly has 24/7 emergency service Friday at 4:20pm; not a single reply from our message left. After calling again this morning and receiving the same radio silence, we tried giving Frank's a call to see if they could help us. From start to finish, service was fantastic. Iris helped get us registered in the system and promised to call us back with an update in 5 minutes. She did exactly that. Julien was out in record time and found the other company never replaced the old pump, which is why there was flooding. He got it replaced and even tightened a pipe the other guys left loose. We are so thankful they both offer and actually do have weekend emergency services. Thank you for getting us back in service.

They charged me about $700 and fixed nothing and then when I had someone come back to fix that original problem he tried to charge me another $4000 and I said, "Absolutely not..." You are only here to fix the problem the last technician failed to even diagnose, let alone resolve. He got nasty with me, and I told him to leave my home. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I tried to resolve this with their customer service, but they tried to force me into retracting my very accurate review and sign an NDA that I wouldn't disclose how horrible their service is. I declined and decided to dispute it with my credit card instead... Everyone should know to stay away from this overpriced, incompetent company. They may send someone out the same day. I was given an outrageous quote for $9,551.00 from ARS Rescue Rooters after their Home Depot $19 Tune Up (yeah I fell right into that one!) To the rescue, came Scott Harris of Harris Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Scott and his loyal crew Dalton and Jerome are professional and, despite installing the new one in the hot sun, they did a fantastic job, and with a joke and a smile. Personally, I think I saved myself a lot of trouble. You can trust Scott. He kinda reminds me of my brother -- because he does right by the customer.
