She combed through my extensions roughly that she pulled out my natural hair, and when my hair was washed, she never attempted to wash the extensions. I had to pay $20 extra. In total, I paid $200. I contacted the owner the next day, she offered a discount on a future appointment, assuming I'd return. I asked for at least half my money back, but she refused, saying there was a no-refund policy. Interaction: Angela was very kind and "appeared" to understand my hair issues at first. But, I was wrong about the latter. The hair cut: I felt uglier when I came out than when I came in and I currently have no way of styling my hair except for wearing it over one shoulder. It bothers me immensely and makes me very self conscious. :( If Angela couldn't fix my hair issues at the time, dealing with my face frame, I would have rather she had just been honest and said I had to wait longer to get it cut and grow out my hair some more. She also took volume away from my layers: something that I loved about my hair. It feels like she does not have a lot of experience styling voluminous, Italian hair. Also, when she gave me my hair cut, she cut the whole thing dry and then washed it. She didn't apply any product before blow-drying out and I looked like a poodle! It was a long story and entirely my fault. While the front desk girl was nice and polite the stylist gave me the stink face the entire time. Would not crack a smile once, and the vibes eminating off of her were hostile at best. I understand she was disappointed to lose a slot on a Saturday but she should not be sitting near the front desk if she can't control her face. After a horrible week I decided to eat the charge because the thought of having her near my hair was enough to make me never want to go back.
