Zlata & her assistant did an outstanding job for our team-building event introducing Fluid Art techniques with 17 of us. The class was went instructed with Fluid Art background, color concepts, practical on hands art work and great stories in a fun setting. We had so much laughter throughout the class with each other. Zlata also provided us with her personality assessment based on our masterpiece - amazing plus small bonus at the end. I highly recommend this class for team-building activity. Thank you Zlata!

Absolutely loved Zlata's class! Learned a lot about fluid painting techniques and created a fantastic painting to take home! Zlata was very enthusiastic and passionate. She devoted as much time to as possible. I was very uncertain about my painting skills, however Zlata managed to unlock my talent and unleash my imagination. Will take more classes for sure! Highly recommended!

What I really loved was how the teachers made everything feel extra special. They're super fun and let the kids get creative without holding back. As an artist myself, I think every little one deserves teachers like Marina and Inessa. The only reason we haven't signed our daughter up for regular classes is because the timings clash with her schedule. Otherwise, we'd sign her up in a heartbeat. I'm so amazed at how happy the children are to be together. They discuss everything. It seems so natural for them to discuss colors and subjects. The fascinating part is listening to them discuss other topics that seem to come up. They have this safe warm place to talk about their feelings and whatever is on their mind. They seem to all like each other so much! Miss Marina is a big part of this amazing atmosphere. She's is always smiling and so astonishingly kind to everyone. There is a lot of encouragement and appreciation for each wonderful child. From Miss Marinas warm greeting, encouragement and feeling of being safe and embraced, this is a magical place. The treasures they bring home will remind them of how incredible they are! This is something the children will carry with them forever. This is the perfect after school activity. I can't recommend highly enough. I wish adults could have this experience. Amazing!!!!!

The instructor is an artist called Nancy, who also worked for many years in the school district as art teacher. She is very nice and can provide advice and helpful tips. The other people at the workshop were also very nice, some of them had been there before. I felt quite welcome and among friends. The workshop also provided a few snacks such as crackers, ham cheese, brownies, soft drinks. The workshop for the Christmas tree was split in two days because on the first day you have to glue the mosaic to the tree and on the second day, you apply the grout. So make sure that you have allocated enough time in your calendar for both. it was quite a relaxing workshop and I found that I actually slept much better overnight, which was an added benefit! I really enjoyed myself and hope to check out their calendar for other workshops to take. The studio is at the back of the instructors house and it is also open during weekends over certain hours for open studio. I noticed that some of the people working on their own pieces during open studio were doing some phenomenal pieces. There is a huge assortment of mosaic that you can use in your creations. Highly recommended.

Though there was a schedule that listed Matiz class 9:45 am to 10:45 am on Saturdays, there was no information regarding start and end date, so I was under the impression it was on a rolling admission, or that I would receive an email with directions. I did not receive an email with instructions, thus I emailed Art Hub Academy asking whether or not I should show up the next day (Saturday) for the class. Jose Luis emailed me back and let me know that all classes start at the beginning of the month, however he was super accommodating and allowed my son to come in the next day, all due to MY confusion! I apologized for the inconvenience and thanked him for his flexibility and for being so thoughtful. We showed up to the class the next morning, and Ms. Vivian was there. I am extremely impressed with how patient she is. She provided an all inclusive classroom environment that made my son feel comfortable. So much so, that he asked if I could leave because all of the other parents were not present. Usually he does not like to be alone in new environments until he warms up, but he wanted to be alone within 10 minutes of the class! The children were already working on a clay project from the week prior, and Ms. Vivian accommodated all of the children. I watched her navigate the class professionally with an enthusiastic attitude and friendly demeanor. She was well organized and made sure to give every child attention, as well as one-on-one attention. She explained tasks well to the children, and encouraged the children to socialize. She was gentle yet firm in her teaching approach. I got the vibe that Ms. Vivian loves what she does and it truly shows through her actions. When the class was over, I walked back in to pick my child up. I asked her how my child did. It went well, he enjoyed it all while having fun and learning art concepts. I was surprised at how attentive she proved to be. In addition to telling me how the class went, she picked up on things that I was already aware of, but did not expect others to pick up on during a one hour class. For example, she picked up on the fact that my son needs a lot of hands-on instruction and repetition. She even went as far as to ask how she could better help my son. Words can not explain how good Ms. Vivian's attention to detail made me feel as a parent. I am truly appreciative of the professional and patient demeanor exhibited by this facility. I am really happy with the choice I made to bring my child here. My son would not stop talking about how fun the class was, and walking me through the process of "wiring" for his clay model. It has only been one class and I can see the impact that this establishment has made on my child's self-confidence. The developmental gains that my son (and I'm sure other children) are making from this establishment are substantial. Thank you for the love and confidence that you pour into our children, Art Hub Academy!

We worked with Amazae from the moment we knew we wanted to get married (before we got engaged,…read moretechnically. Ha). Both of us are extremely busy re: our jobs and knew that we wouldn't be able to dedicate enough time to truly planning an event of this scale. If you're on the fence, go with Amazae. My husband, before we hired Amazae, was on the fence of whether or not we needed planning services. I told him that if we did not hire someone that there would be no wedding. By the time we had finished our venue search, he knew that I was totally right re: the amount of help you get by leveraging someone else's expertise. You do this once (hopefully) in your life. Amazae does this all the time. Amazae knew all the ins and outs of every venue that we could possibly think of in the Bay Area, Carmel, and Napa. They were able to tell us who was beer and wine only, who had a 10pm end time because of noise ordinances, and who required you to use certain caterers that were $x per head. This will save you SO much time and save you visits to random places that don't meet your requirements. Vendor sourcing - they are super good at this re: figuring out (or making you figure out what you like) who matches your style for every vendor, then finding one that fits in your budget. Most importantly, they will make sure everyone shows up (join any wedding FB group and read some horror stories). They will help you with all of the contracting and the collection of COIs, etc. Again, this would have been IMPOSSIBLE for myself and my now husband. We literally do not have the hours in the day to do this. This team is on top of everything - they will chase you down if they need to for answers for pieces of your event. They can make anything happen - from the weirdest requests to the most mundane. They are so professional, and they really make your wedding super personal. Amazae designed and executed a beautiful event from beginning to end that felt so authentic to us. Day of, they were there to take care of everything, and it was truly a flawless day. We could not asked for a better planner re: Crystal, Kaila, and the rest of the team. We put full trust in them re: the design of this event and the day of. Example: I honestly did not know what florals were going to be there, but they were so stunning. The strength of the Amazae team is in their ability to bring you and your personality into an event that is mostly structured a certain way. They also make your day as stress-free as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about this team and their ability to make your wedding great. If you're down to hand things off to someone else, I would say hand it off to them. It will be better than what you could have come up with yourself.

That's why we decided to hire an event planner for our daughter's wedding in January 2021. Even though it was a small backyard wedding, we wanted it to be memorable and elegant. We interviewed 3 different event planners, and got 3 rough quotes, all around the same ballpark. Amazae's quote, however, was the most detailed, breaking down a high & low range for each item (food, florals, rentals, photography, etc.) It was an easy choice to contract with them. Crystal came onsite for our first meeting, and I really didn't have a lot for her to go on. My daughter isn't the Pinterest type, so I just told Crystal the wedding colors and showed her pictures of the wedding gown and bridesmaid gowns. The rest of the planning was all done via zoom, emails, and a few phone calls. We worked mostly with Caitlin, who is an amazing planner. Each step along the way, she gave us several options to choose from. For example, she provided a list of 4 photographers, their quote for the day, their profile, their gallery, etc. Once all of our choices were made, she put together a design deck that gave us a preview of the entire wedding. It was more gorgeous than I envisioned. On the day of the wedding, Lisa came out to set everything up. She even picked up the florals and wedding cake to save us the delivery fees. It was a little hectic when I met her, and I probably spent 5 minutes with her showing her where everything was before we left for the church ceremony. And when we came back, she was driving off, leaving behind a magical transformation of yard. Everyone was stunned. The catering crew then took over and prepared a "Top Chef" level meal. And when they left, my kitchen was as clean as when they arrived. My husband commented, "Whatever we paid for this wedding, it was worth every penny." Haha. True.
