Disaster finding parking spots . My guests plus the other event guests were fighting for spots and had to park far out in the streets . 2 con: the walls are paper- thin) old bldg) music on both sides could be clearly heard during our ceremony which was very distracting during the " quiet ritual/ prayer time. And the mid- matched tile flooring needs a vinyl mat or dance . carpet . I have suggested these changes to the owner as he grows his business . We received confirmation emails leading up to the session and when we arrived she text me directly to communicate. One of the selling points for me was that she advertised a quick turn around, up I think she said 7 business days. Last time we did photos (different photographer) we waited 4+ weeks and still didn't have anything delivered, which was communicated in advance, but my impatient heart couldn't handle it. The two others sadly were booked for our weekend so we had to go with Jennifer. It is shocking to me how many positive reviews she was able to gather, as she did about everything wrong on the day of our wedding and leading up to it at every step of the way. Jennifer was actually extremely rude to my wife the bride and insulting leading up to the wedding. She got things mixed up with our vendor and gave us false information and when called out about it and corrected she had a huge attitude about it to my now wife. On top of all of it on the day of our wedding and the day before she was useless. We had our grandmother arrange the flower setting as she had done event management and especially the flowers for decades and even being in her 80s could not be convinced to have us hire someone else for it. So the day before our wedding imagine my 85 year old grandmother setting up the flowers as Jennifer watched her do it. Not offering any help at all. How despicable of a human do you have to be not to mention us actually paying her money. On the day of she just absolutely failed us in every regard. On the day of this streak of absolute failure continued as she promptly forgot all her very few tasks like reminding all of our family to remain in the chapel for a couple of family pictures. This resulted in several family members missing on our whole family pictures. She also didn't do anything else and was mostly found chatting with her also useless assistant anytime she was approached. Somehow still pathetically running around with clipboard in her hands - for what you might ask. She was asked to safe a pice of wedding cake for the yearly anniversary tradition which she also forgot to do. Of course you pay her before the wedding making it impossible to retrieve your money even upon failure of delivery of contractually committed services.

After speaking to Deanna on the phone I knew she would be the right fit for my needs. I love her energy and approach about getting to know her clients. Deanna provides a variety of galleries for new clients to view on her website, she's very familiar with a lot of popular wedding venues and outdoor locations for engagement and special occasion photos. My husband and I had Deanna take our engagement photos at Picchetti Winery, it was a blast! Since she's familiar with the venue she was very diligent on where to take photos to capture the mood. Deanna took both our engagement & wedding photos, we purchased the package that also included the wedding album; worth the money! I definitely recommend having her team create your wedding album, ours is absolutely stunning and its a great fixture on our coffee table. We love that we have all our engagement and wedding photos on our dropbox, but its really nice to have a physical book to share with your family. We also paid extra to have her take photos at our rehearsal dinner, I'm so happy we have those memories saved. To future brides in the Bay Area - Look for a photographer that can cover both your engagement and wedding photos, it's an important relationship for your wedding journey and I lucked out to have Deanna.
