Nicholas Vanaise makes his own, surprisingly flavoured, chocolates and sells them here. He's in the same league as Paul Young, L'artisan du chocolat, and William Curley in London, though different. His flavours range from Indian spices to black truffle, to yuzu (citrus) caramel, to fruits and lavender. Each piece is beautifully decorated, and the presentation is immaculate. I still prefer the London guys, but Yuzu was definitely a chocolate experience and at half the price of London shops, well worth it!
