Great experience here at this massage place. The two workers who are husband and wife were extremely kind. I booked for Sunday at 1:00pm but it didn't start until 1:10. They worked on massaging my mom and I for almost an hour but we did book for an hour. They did a total of 55 minutes. I got us a groupon and it was good. Even though I didn't have the extra five minutes that was paid for it's okay. I enjoyed the massage and my mom too felt and expressed that she has never had such a great massage in her life. Pulled a muscle while lifting boxes, purchased a groupon for 60-mins deep tissue massage, and made same day reservation! The lady over the phone was really nice to help with scheduling, and text a appointment reminder about 2 hours before the appointment with address and parking instruction. The salon offers many different services: lash extension, scalp treatment, massage. My massage therapist was friendly and did a good session, she also offered me a bottled water after the session. I can tell the staff there are not fluent in English, but they were all friendly and trying to help. The Salon space is small but they decorated it with a lot of cute items, and was very clean. DO NOT DO THE GROUPON EXPERIENCE!! This review is strictly for the head and scalp treatment. First of all, on Groupon, they advertise that the service is originally $120 and you pay $54. When I got there, I asked them which one I was getting and she pointed to the $60 head and scalp. I showed her I got the $120 package and she said "that's yesterday's price." Red flag number one. The woman who did my treatment was very quiet and sweet, but she had no idea what she was doing. She washed my hair for 20 minutes but all she did was press hard on my scalp. It was not relaxing. Then she brushed my hair for another 10 minutes and they must've had the cheapest brushes ever. My scalp hurt so bad with each brush. Then I got an arm/hand massage that was just ok. During this time the water is running on your hair constantly. The water was lukewarm so I was cold toward the end of the arm massage. Then they blow dry your hair while still laying down. This took another 15 minutes of my time and she was just moving my hair around and pulling my hair. When I finally got up my hair was SO frizzy. I don't know what products they use but my hair smells like an ashtray. Even after I came home and put product in, it still smells and feels so coarse. Lastly, after the hair dry, they sit you up for the 5 minute shoulder and back massage. Keep in mind you have no clothes on your upper body so I was holding the blanket to my chest while I got this massage. None of this was done. First of all they ask you to remove your top and don't give you a robe, they give you a male masseuse when they did not even as. I asked for a female as I was super uncomfortable. Then they provided me a female who had no experience. She massaged my head with no oil just dry, they entangled my hair and then she wet my hair with cold water and massaged which pulled my hair. Later she put hair cream and massages, washed and dried when I was lying down. Remember all this time the man will keep coming in out and the curtains will be half open. Then she massaged my body by pressing down, no oil, you cannot relax at all. When I was done I tried talking to the owner, she does not understand what I'm saying. The inside wasn't too inviting either, just a bunch of drapes separating cheap massage beds. We were in an entirely separate room at the back resembling the front.... just so eerie. Staff were friendly but massage was just ok, came with hot stone but it seemed like they did it for a minute or 2 max. I'm glad I only paid the groupon price because it definitely wasn't worth the regular price. Fyi regular price was more than some places that looks 10x more inviting. After watching Youtube videos (asmrTwix) about Asian Japanese head-spa (headspa / head spa) treatments I decided to try to find one here in the States and I hit the jackpot! I purchased my treatment on Groupon and Anna was my spanist and she was fabulous. First, she does a lymphatic drainage massage on the declote, neck, forehead and eyes (I swear my face look lifted after the massage) then she massages out all of the tight muscles and knots on the scalp and neck. (Who knew our scalps held so much tension.) Anna then does two deep scalp massage shampoos followed by a deep scalp massage conditioner. She follows the treatment with a short back massage while you are sitting up with your hair in a towel, afterwards she lightly blow dries you hair. The treatment lasts for a little over and hour. A couple of tips, Anna (and the staff) speaks fluent Chinese and English is her second language so occasionally she will use a translator app on her smartphone which works great. She may ask how the water tempature is. Just keep the answers short and basic like "less hot", or, "more hot" when you speak into the phone. Also, tips are appreciated and requested so please remember to factor that in wether you purchase using a credit card or cash. Speaking of cash they accept it and prefer it. Finally, you get a card with ten stamps on it and when you get to ten treatments you get one for free. One treatment every two weeks or so is recommended to keep the pores on scalp clear and unclogged from sebum in order to promote hair growth. I highly recommend this salon and I am hopefully going to use up all ten stamps on my card. read more

Yes my hair. When they blew dry and combed my hair I could feel she was trying to be soft but she was harsh because it was tangled. I barely got a massage on my back where everyone said they got a good length of time massage. I need to stick with my hair dresser for a good hair wash. My massage though short was nice. I'm in the middle of my treatment my person took a phone call and also someone else took over. This has never happened to me. I did tip but I'm not going to do this treatment again. I may go get a massage here but most likely not. I do not recommend the wash and scalp massages. Maybe I would just stick to getting a normal massage from this place. read more

Very nice ladies and clean atmosphere, but they don't have private rooms and have curtain dividers instead however I was comfortable. The music playing was relaxing although ...my only problem is I kept hearing a blow dryer ..luckily I was watching my show on my phone but definitely bringing my AirPods next time. The lady in the phone said to come at 10am, we arrived 10 mins early but they were still closed, which is understandable. When they opened at 10am we walked in to be greeted by two women who told us to take a seat and the massage tech would be with us soon After about 20 mins and nothing, I asked when we would be seen as our appts were at 10am. The two women let me know they were not associated with the massage people and I had to call to ask when they would be there I did and they said there were no appt and to come at 12, even though I had called a week prior to book the appt. Not advertised correctly. No photos of the actual spa so you have nothing to go off of. They should specify that the massage "spa" is inside a 'My Lash Bar' or you'll drive right past it. The set up is just beds with curtains separating them. You can hear everything: conversations, a sink running, the bathroom flushing. They started 30 minutes past my appointment time. I got my full hour that I scheduled and the massage was okay, but the lady kept getting on the bed. The lady tried stopping me from leaving because I didn't leave a tip and said I got a discounted price, but that's what I booked from their own website!
