First of all....thank you Jesus for making this place 2 mins from my job! This place deserves an award for the staff alone, Lori was giving A1 service! Great job! You walk up to the counter and place your order( and Lori is patient and offers add ons) . You get to choose a homemade mayo dipping sauce at the counter. Most places say take one but LORI SAID YOU CAN TRY ALL LOL. The sriracha mayo was our favorite! The wait was not long at all, food was brought to our table and again asked if we needed anything or sauces, LOVED THAT. Now to get into this burger....my son ordered the truffle burger and I the bacon burger. 10/10 there wasn't anything my mouth did not like. We came because TIKTOK mentioned they make homemade buns, yea GO BECAUSE THE BUNS were fluffy and delicious. I will see yall next week or maybe tomorrow lol. Family friendly and budget friendly

Hidden gem. Come fine it. Food was so good, prepared fast. Enjoyable environment. And so many good choices that I need to come back.

Kaila took care of us and her service was excellent, she was attentive, friendly, and offered some great recommendations. While the menu is somewhat limited, everything we ordered came out hot, fast, and really tasty. Everyone in our group enjoyed their burgers, and I especially loved the Brussels sprouts, shrimp salad, and the crab puffs. Parking can be a bit of a hassle in the area, but there is a parking garage adjacent to the restaurant which makes it manageable. Overall, it was a great birthday dinner and I'll definitely be returning.

The Brussel sprouts and crab hush puppies were great. The breakfast skillet, I could have done without. It had absolutely NO flavor. Luckily I asked for some sour cream and they were able to provide it. That's the only reason I was able to slightly enjoy the dish. The drinks. The mimosa was perfect. Hard to mess that up though right? I asked if they had any stouts and if so, if they could provide a sample. I'm so happy I asked for a sample and didn't just order the "one" stout they had. The beer was flat. So disappointing! Overall, the place was okay. I'd more than likely return for their drink happy hour, but it's a hard pass outside of that.

It brought back memories of the last time I dined at one of their locations in Atlanta some years ago. We both ordered the Smoked Salmon Scramble which comes with three scrambled eggs with chopped wood-smoked salmon and dill cream cheese. We both decided to get the moon-dusted potatoes and I ordered a side of grits. I asked for the hollandaise sauce to be put on the side of my potatoes instead of on top, and my husband opted out of the sauce altogether. The sauce added a nice touch, it was very tasty. The dish also came with their infamous fluffy flying biscuit that comes with your choice of butter or cranberry apple butter, or both. The cranberry apple butter is delicious. We were seated right away. For the day before Christmas it wasn't busy at all. Our server was so friendly and helped us to decide on what to get and she was spot on! Everything was great. It's a very casual atmosphere. A place where you can get a great meal and sit and socialize when you're done.

Finally got to try h to e Flying Biscuit Cafe near Memorial Mall…read more Unfortunately it was a lackluster experience. We'd both experienced Flying Biscuit in Atlanta and had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately it fell flat. I ordered the eggs Benedict. And what can I say? I hate to be critical but honestly there was nothing good about this meal except the fact that it was edible. The eggs came out raw/extremely runny. I've had eggs Benedict many times and I understand how it can be difficult to prepare. But it shouldn't be raw. When I let them know, they brought me back basically like a boiled egg, which is also not eggs Benedict lol. The hollandaise sauce was also not the best. Hard to describe why but was kind of lackluster. Next came the grits. Grits were kind of pasty. Maybe because I'm from the south and know what they should taste like if you're gonna call them "creamy". They were also overly salted along with the potatoes that I got instead of the grits. Potatoes were not really seasoned, but just salty. So overall, I was kind of disappointed with my experience here. As I mentioned, the food was edible. The bread that the Benedict came on was pretty good. It may be that this is just something I shouldn't order here. Maybe I should've went with the biscuits! We'll see if we end up trying it again. There's so many amazing brunch places in Houston, most likely not but you never know! Lots of people love this place and I'm sure there's good reason.

BBQ sounded good, and I found this place. When I get to the place, I wasn't even sure whether it was opened because of the fact that there were probably 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot, maybe at 11:45am. Fine, I thought, let me just check it out anyways as I was hungry. One thing that didn't hit me when I got out of my car was the typical smoke in the air outside a BBQ restaurant. Didn't think of that at that time but I found out why when I started eating. When I entered the place, I was the first and only customer. Staff was nice, and the service line was quick. I got the two-meat plate with brisket and turkey, with potato salad and creamed corn as the sides plus a toast, for a grand total of $22, tax included, what a steal. Now the food. Brisket was the most disappointing. I'm not a smoke-chasing BBQ fiend, but I had my share to know enough. There wasn't much smoke taste in there, and no smoke ring at all, which made me question whether it is smoked at all. If you tell me this is baked or steamed brisket, I would have believed you. Turkey was lacking smoke flavor as well, but brined well and not too dry, so I did enjoy that. Sides were decent. But the best part was the toast - it was buttery, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. I think I saw maybe two or three groups in by the time I left at maybe 12:30pm. My conclusion is, Lyndon's needs to do better, and to make sure you actually smoke the meat. The only two reasons I'd come back are the low price and the toast. I can do better for taste if I go to Pappa's or Rudy's, and for toast, I can go to Raising Cane's.
