The ambiance was decent, good area to chat with friends and chill out. The seating isn't the comfiest but it's not horrible. Not only did I get charged for a drink. It was disgusting . Previously, I had only ordered the Yuzu drink. I had never had their Boba before. I think I ended up throwing the whole drink away. The brown sugar drink didn't even taste like real brown sugar, and the tapioca balls were so soggy. The ice cream was very bitter. I ordered a coffee ice cream. I tried to give them one last chance by ordering the Yuzu tea again. They switched up the yuzu Boba and it didn't even taste like anything. My nephew also thought this place was nasty. He's seven years old and he's very honest. The quality of the drinks have changed DRASTICALLY within a year. I don't even think I would want a free drink from here. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi.
