To complete the journey of 1300km in one day I would make a few stops for foods and rest. When I reach Sorrento in BC, it is usually the time for a coffee break and snacks. Last time I ordered a samosa and a cup of latte. The samosa was tasty with the dipping sauce and the size was fit for an afternoon tea. The latte was perfect. As a foreigner in the town, I was warmly welcomed by the server. I felt relax sitting in a cafe with many decorations besides the tables and windows. There are tables outside the patio where you can enjoy the outdoor view of the area. I do highly recommend this cafe if you drive by Sorrento.

The crust is not too thin or thick, and it is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outer crust. The cheese is consistently gooey and covers the whole pizza. Now, generally I order just pepperoni for all my pizzas. They put some pepperoni on top and a lot of it under the cheese, and they bake the pizza so it all tastes perfectly, top to bottom. The service is always courteous whenever I pick up my food. My only nitpick is that they are not open until 3 pm and close at 8. Other than that, I highly recommend this pizza joint to anyone.

I am gluten intolerant (not Celiac but it does run in my family). Before I was aware of your bread I was ordering bread from White Lake Organics. Chris makes good bread as well and delivers bread to Steamers Coffee Shop in Sorrento so I have been picking up bread there. I have bought your cranberry loaf, two of your sourdough whole grain loaves and regular sourdough. I have been picking up bread at the District from your freezer there. Especially like that it is sliced. I have to slice bread from Chris with a little meat slicer I have which is a little tedious and time consuming. I will look at your webpage and send you another email when I am ready to place an order. Normally I get 6-8 loaves from Chris to last 2 weeks mainly because I had to really plan to work into Chris's baking schedule and delivery. I bake my own muffins gluten free with coconut flour, almond flour and oat flour. My kitchen aid just gave out on me and haven't replaced it yet so I may place an order for some of your treats.
