My friend who has a summer place in the area highly recommended this place when we visited her last summer. The place was very busy. We had to wait a bit to get a parking spot. Line was long. I think because of the packed place, we didn't think to ask to try the flavors first. So my partner got the sea salt caramel cheesecake ice cream and he absolutely disliked it. It was too salty. I got the jamoca almond fudge and rum and raisin and both were good. We stopped by here again recently and it was not overly busy in September. We asked to try this time. I decided on the maple butter which had a bit of savory taste, maybe it was salted butter? I liked it. We also got the rum and raisin. I'm not really wowed by the ice cream. It's nice but not mind blowing good. I guess maybe it's the best option in Sicamous? You do get lots of flavors here. I like that you can also get some Dutch and European snacks and cold cuts here.

    right: brown cow+ mango n cream left: holstein cow+mocha (?) 2 scoops-$6.50

thickest ice cream ive ever had. idk what they feed their cows here but their milk is FAT. drove 6 hours just to get ice cream here because my friend recommended it: "their ice cream is so good it will clog your arteries" and boy was she right. if you like thick (almost milkshake like) ice cream, i would definitely recommend what takes the cake though is the CHOCOLATE MILK. we brought a cooler to take some home.. yup thats how good it was. only reason it's -1 star is because the ice cream was melting pretty fast (already lowkey kinda melted when i got it) and we realized some of the glass bottles we took home didn't have the label that was the whole point. also you can see their animals (including the cows!) making this a very immersive experience

Lots of flavors. Good prices. I had a milk shake of Banana strawberry and Strawberry shortcake. I wish it was more thick (like those from In-and-out). I enjoyed visiting the new baby cows. They looked very happy.

recommended by my parents and this is a fun stop when you're on a road trip. Tip: cash only! Luckily we had $10 cash and we were able to get our ice cream. They have the cows on site that you can go say hello to while you enjoy ice cream. Line ups are long so be prepaid to wait. $4 single scoop. .50 for waffle

    Happy cows right outside

Omg the butter pecan was soooo good you can taste the fresh ingredients and to get to see some amazing cows outside was so cute and fits the setting definitely worth the stop

If there is a reason you should ever drive past this gem, you should stop. You should most definitely stop and get some ice-cream. Oh and you should get some of their chocolate milt too because I say so, and because it is the best I have ever had. If anyone ever says to you "there is this place you need to stop for ice-cream and its by Sicamous", this is the place they mean. And you should definitely stop for ice-cream.

I love this place!!! Everytime I do a road trip with my best friend to Kelowna this is a must stop for ice cream and a nice walk!!!! They have their own dairy farm, so they do their ice cream with their milk, and they make their own cheese too they have a few dairy products that they make to sell, but my favourite part is eating ice cream and walk arround they have a few animals like a small farm that u can see and u can pet the baby cows!!!! They are so cute!! This is my favourite place to stop all the time, so if u are driving by please stop here to try a delicious ice cream!!!! Just to let u know they only accept cash

    The store!

It's a must stop for us on any road trip that takes us through the area. The ice cream is amazing and the dairy farm itself is fantastic

Yum yum yum but the line is so long and there is no social distancing in place! The ice cream was smooth and flavourful!

I will have ice cream whenever I see a goodie. And this tops the lot. I had a maple walnut today and it was superb

Hands down the best ice-cream place I have ever been to. Service is a little slow but it's always worth it.

This detour is worth it!…read more We drove by it while going and had decided to go in while driving back home. We did and I'm so glad. Situated next to the Dutchman Dairy , this "Fruit Stand" is huge . Fresh berries to dehydrated goodies to fresh bread and so many sauces, it's a perfect spot to load up your groceries. We found fresh veggies too! The price was reasonable and not over the top . It's always more pricier in the city so load up!! Highly recommended!

I am always impressed by the quality and value at Fruit World. This is my go-to spot for produce…read moreand artisanal items! I appreciate that Fruit World celebrates BC producers and artisans--and that Fruit World strategically sources from outside BC so as to not sacrifice quality, value, and selection. While I try to buy local whenever possible, I also enjoy tropical and exotic fruit, so I really appreciate that there is always a fun selection at Fruit World! Also, if I am buying multiple cases or looking for something outside the BC growing season, I know Fruit World will have what I need--and that it will be at a reasonable price. I also appreciate the rigorous sorting process. When you go there, you will see employees sorting through produce and picking out "subpar" items. (I put "subpar" in quotes because many of the picked-out items look good to me (and sometimes end up in a discount box).) I can trust that everything that is available for me to purchase is high-quality. At a grocery store, I would typically pick through items, but I never have to do that at Fruit World. In addition to produce, there is a thoughtful curation of artisanal products from BC (e.g., mustards, jams, breads, beauty products). I love asking the owners about the artisans they have discovered. The customer service is phenomenal. The dedication and love that go into Fruit World are evident in the smiles and customer service! Whether I am looking for a fun exotic fruit or cases of peaches, the employees are always helpful! Fruit World fills my heart with joy! I always look forward to visiting Fruit World and finding treasures!
