I should have check the bill right away as it had an unwarranted charge of a tip of 30% that I did not agree to($13. 00 dollars for two pies). The final bill for two pies $65.00 dollars instead of $52.00. They were good but not for that price. And to make matters worst, on our trip back to Vancouver, we stopped on August 04 ,the store was closed. Why ?? The holiday was the 3rd not the 4th. This was the second time that this unorthodox closure has affected us. I just dont understand that during a busy TOURIST season that you would do this. And because of this rationale we will not be buying your products anymore. we did stop because family and friends were asking and at the same time ,I would have asked about the tip charge on my previous visit ..if that is a usual practice to add a tip like this over the counter purchase. We all had our proof of vaccination and ID out and ready for presentation. When we made a point of showing our proof of vaccination to Natalie she responded by saying that we did not require it there. I thought proof of vaccination and ID was required in all BC restaurants. During our short trip Natty's was the only restaurant that did not require this proof and in fact seemed quite proud of the fact that they didn't ask for it. It made me very uncomfortable and we will not return until the mandate to show proof of vaccination is lifted.
