Their crepes are made on the same griddle and I was told they use separate utensils and put down a "layer of oil as a barrier". FYI-a layer of oil does NOT make a barrier for gluten. I asked how the hash browns were prepared as I was concerned about cross contamination (often hash browns are fried in the same fryer as gluten items). I was told they are baked. Once I received my plate, I realized they were frozen hash browns so had to go request to look at the ingredients. Those were fine but I could have been told when I was clearly concerned about gluten contamination. I had a mouth full of the eggs which were flavourless and slimy/mushy so I would hazard a guess that they also came from a box/bag and not from the shell. My dining companions each shared two regular crepes, one with eggs and they thought the eggs in the crepes were terrible and disappointed in the quality of the crepe itself.
