No problem, I picked up a few things to take home with me in the morning...two types of smoked cheddar (2 larger blocks of cheese and 1 small block to enjoy during my travels). At the register I noticed some prepared meats, but I only recognized the "Pepperoni" sticks so I also picked a small package along with my cheese. I was developing a plan...cheese, some pepperoni, maybe a glass of wine...in my hotel...why not, eh? As I sat down in my hotel at the Kelowna Airport, cut up some of the cheese, opened the package of pepperoni...ummm, the cheese was fantastic, but wait...my mouth and throat are burning...what the devil is this? I tried to eat the pepperoni thinking that maybe it was the smoked cheese, but wait...reading the pepperoni package, apparently I missed the "Big red type" stating "FIRE HOT"...holy smokes. Let me say, the smoked cheese was yummy, very tasty. However, my error with choices for the pepperoni were a problem for me. It was so spicy hot that I just couldn't eat it. I'll read the package a little better next time.
