Tonight my delivery took 1h20m, keep in mind i live 15 mins away from the resto. At the hour mark i called to check on my order and was told that it was on it way with no apology for the delay. When the driver finally arrived 20 mins after that i was obviously upset with the driver and asked if my food would still be warm or fresh and he said that he'd just left and that they were busy. He also said that i shouldn't give he drivers a hard time. I called the restaurant and was then asked what i would like them to do? They offered me a half apology and a whopping 10% off my next order which will likely not happen in a very long time or ever. Worse customer service i've experienced in a long while. The driver lied as the direction he came down my street it was obviously he was lost. And my club sandwich and fries were soggy and lukewarm and my wife's greek salad was also served wilted and lukewarm. Don't bother ordering from them, quality is down the shoot.
