First off I want to say that I always want to support local businesses. They will always be my first choice. I had been looking to get my windows tinted (duh), and called around. This was the one shop that was able to take me as a walk in, so I naturally wanted to give them my business. I am fully aware that you don't need a fancy shop in order to do quality work, but with that being said my first impression of the shop (read garage bay) was that of concern. The bay was filthy, they had the rolls of film just leaning against the walls and on the floor, and it looked like the floor hadn't been broomed in months. Red flag #1. Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the single biggest variable between a good vs bad tint job is DIRT & DUST. Again, my gut instinct was "this may not end well" due to the dirty shop, but again I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After all they do offer a "lifetime guarantee". The guy who tinted my windows was very friendly, and my windows did get tinted in about 1.5 hours. I did find it odd that he did not even windex the glass before applying the tint. Red flag #2! When I left the shop everything looked good, but you have to wait for the tint to "dry" before you can see imperfections. Well I gave it a week and particularly on the front windows there were many particles of...wait for it... DIRT AND DUST under the tint! I do understand that MAYBE one or two very small pieces may be unavoidable at times, but there were so many it was distracting. A few days later I took it back in, and he agreed that it was a dirty tint job and did it again without hesitation. Well guess what? The new tint is only marginally better. And upon closer inspection of the back window it too is pretty bad. So now I am not sure what to do. If they don't clean their shop, they can do it again 100 times and they will all have similar results, so why even bother? I am not going to be that guy that demands a refund, but I can say that I am unhappy with how it turned out. I guess I will cut my losses, and maybe get it redone by a reputable shop sometime in the next few months. read more

This guy is a joke. Beware of some one who only deals in cash, this is usually the first sign of amateur work. I've taken my car back twice to have certain windows re-done and it still looks horrible. My rear window was re-done three times and still has imperfections (bubbles, scratches etc...). He also cuts corners like crazy. My driver window was peeling from the bottom and had dust particles trapped between the tint. So instead of replacing the tint, he just cut the bottom area off where the tint was peeling. All of the other windows have some sort of scratches or bubbles in the tint as well. He also makes his cuts on the actual window, so now I have scratches on the outside of my rear window. Bottom line don't go here if you want quality work!!! read more
