Here's my honest opinion... I'd recommend, now the dresses are pricey, the accessories are pricy, the shoes are pricy but overall the quality is beautiful. The experience of booking your appt and the ladies helping fit your child is precious as well. My only complaint is, they do not alter or hem. They also don't recommend or know of anyone. When I was done with my daughters dress I wanted to preserve it for future & 3 dry cleaners sent back the dress because it has a special treatment in washing & preserving. I have yet to find a place that will do this and it's almost a year since. They also do not recommend a place so essentially you might be left with a dress in a closet. If they're a specialty store they really should pair up with a vendor(s) & provide you a list especially for the price one pays. read more

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I purchased two outfits for my twin boys and asked the sales person if I was able to exchange them in the event that they did not fit as I saw them a bit small. She said that sure, no problem as long as I returned them before the 21 days based on their policy. It's been 15 days and I came to exchange them since the size fit too small. The items have never been worn! And, the same sales person told me that she was very very sorry. But that unfortunately, I didn't qualify for exchanges or returns because the items had a 30% discount. This is definitively not how customers should be treated. I paid $100.00 for two little baby outfits which were overpriced to begin with. And they basically told me to eat it... tough luck and that there was nothing that they could do. Cest la vie... I will Never step foot in this door again! This is not the way customer should be treated. I'm basically stuck with baby outfits that I will never use. This is not fair. Beware! I purchased a gown for my son on Saturday and today is Tuesday (they are closed Sun and Monday was a holiday) and asked to change size since doctor suggested I have event when baby is bigger due to his health. All I am asking is to change the size and their response is too bad our policy is final sale on all christening. So they are saying to have event before even though doctor specifically said not to since it would be putting babies health at risk. At this point the gown is worthless because I will need to buy another one since I won't expose my newborns life thanks to their unethical policy. How can they sell christening gowns and not give a crap about their customer health. This is disgusting and I recommend you stay away. It's better to purchase from a reputable company than a small shop with no ethics. To clarify I did NOT purchase an item that was on sale. I paid FULL PRICE. Over $500 for a gown and over $100 per simple outfit. Which is USELESS because it WILL NOT fit, I asked to change size because it won't fit my baby within 48 hours of purchasing. Also I was NEVER told all sales are final. That you sneak it into the receipt is completely unethical. You saying that unfortunately you can't do anything is complete bogus. You CHOSE not to exchange because YOU don't want to not because you can't. Two very different things. It is obvious you could care less about your customers because it isn't like I'm asking for a refund I am asking to exchange to a bigger size so it fits my baby instead now I need to purchase another gown from another company obviously never purchasing from your store again. read more

Our little girl's closet is almost exclusively from YoYo (thanks to family and friends who have too fallen in love with this store). We love this store! We love the fact that the clothes are unique, but not at the price that often comes attached to clothes this unique or different. The quality is excellent, and unless our kids grow too fast, these will last a very long time. The staff and ownership are extremely friendly and take the time to put outfits together so you really get an excellent bang for your buck. Purchased a traditional baptism gown for my granddaughter from Spain of organza and lace that was absolutely beautiful together with another dress for after the baptism, shoes and head bow.
