I came with no expectation and I was open to anything that will happen. Unfortunately I didn't see colors during my sound bath. I did have memory flashed back of this year in my mind during the session. The instructor was kind and informative. We had a private party booked so I wasn't too worried about leaving my stuff in the locker area. There are no locks in the locker area by the way. I think it may be better to try the sound bath at night or if they lights were turned off. It was pretty bright and when the instructor mentioned the white light, I only see light from the window above me. My coworkers saw colors during the sound bath. Overall, interesting experience to try at least once!

The soundbath was so relaxing that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. I needed to bring my own mat, but everything else from bolsters to blankets were included. Facility is super clean and nicely decorated with plants. You park in the pavillions lot and they are located upstairs. Definitely will be back for another soundbath session!

I've participated in both group and individual sessions, and each has been powerful in its own way when it comes to relaxation and stress relief. I often schedule sessions at the end of a long work week to help me unwind and recenter, or ahead of particularly stressful or anxiety-inducing events. Without fail, these sessions leave me feeling grounded, calm, and more balanced. While both formats are excellent, I personally gravitate toward the individual sessions. After working together a few times, Rion has done an amazing job tailoring each session to what works best for me. His ability to intuitively adjust the experience makes a noticeable difference. Rion is truly exceptional at what he does. His passion for his work and the confidence he brings into each session elevate the entire experience. I' am impressed with the integrity of the teachers, the usefulness of the exercises, and the welcoming presence of the community. Classes tend to have between 4-8 people and are mostly people ages 40 and up. Very friendly participants at each class, and the center offers additional courses, books, and retreats, which I have not explored as of yet. Room for improvement: sometimes it feels like the teachers nudge excessively to buy a product, class, or retreat. They should scale this back and give people more space. Also, the founder of this place appears to be elevated to guru-like status, which is a big turn off for me. Despite these issues, so far, I like this place.
