A Verizon rep at this store location, by the name of Matt, was extremely helpful in a quick and courteous manner resolving the issues that I had with my phone. Verizon, the corporation, was at fault for my cellular service issues. The employees at this store were not only helpful, but gracious. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
