1, 2, 3 done. In under 20 minutes I was able to get my iPhone 6s plus fixed. I had dropped my phone slipping down the stairs twice and cracked and bent the screen. The touch was still working up until yesterday when a stranger knocked my phone out of my hand and damaged the lcd. I went to the apple store and they said they couldn't fix my iPhone due to a slight bent and one of the corners being cracked. Jene was able to fix my phone so quickly wit being very honest and straightforward about the complications that might happen. But to ease any worries I have he told me there is a warranty on the parts and whatever happens with the phone. My phone had also disabled itself due the lcd damage and it randomly clicking. Best Buy nearly cost me $380 for a fix Nycellfix did for $50! Long story short, my iPhone 7 Plus suddenly had two problems one morning: 1) It started to loop (restart on its own) every 2 minutes 2) The battery would either say it's 1% or 100% I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad (an authorized Apple facility) and the employee told me that I would have to get a new phone since the phone has water damage. He didn't even open up the phone but checked the sim card tray to see if the water damage indicator changed color. An out-of-warranty iPhone 7 Plus was $350 + tax, which seemed like a lot of money when my phone is only 1 year old and is in excellent condition. I almost pulled the trigger but my gut told me that it could possibly be just the battery since the phone was working fine. I called Nycellfix and within a few minutes on the phone, Gene told me that it could just be a battery problem. I brought it in and he was right! Gene provided a better analysis over-the-phone than the Best Buy representative with the phone in hand! Gene also replaced the battery, replaced some missing screws, and added water-resistant adhesive within 40 minutes! The Best Buy representative told me they would take 2 hours+ to replace just the battery! What's better than saving time and money? Highly recommend this place. 10/10 read more

Honestly guys, just come here. I rarely ever leave reviews but Gene provided such amazing service I couldn't not leave one! I came here to get my cracked screen repaired and Gene was honestly SO AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire procedure, the difference between the two types of screens offered, and tested the phone to make sure it functioned perfectly before I left. He repaired my screen in under 30 minutes but I had a minor problem a few hours later. Gene told me to bring it in and he did everything he possibly could to make sure I wouldn't run into the same problem. He even swapped out the screen (twice!), added a waterproof thing, and threw in a free tempered screen protector! He is a genuine, kind hearted person and will do whatever is best for you. I came to Gene August 2016 when I completely shattered the screen on my S7 Edge. Gene replaced it on the spot as I watched and explained the entire procedure as he was fixing the phone. Even before going to his store, he gave me a detailed consultation over the phone. He was honest and took his time. My screen for my iPhone 6s Plus was broken and Apple wanted to charge me $170 bucks to fix it. I went to ifixmobile and they told me $60 for a high quality copy and $100 for the original iPhone screen. I went with the copy and although it wasn't too bad I could tell the difference, I decided to call the next day and they told me no problem, they'd put in the original and I just had to pay the extra $40. That's what I did and now my phone is perfect again, they even included a screen protector at no extra cost.
