So I'm going to have to change my review here from a positive to a negative. I was shopping around…read moreto fix the screen on my iPhone 11 and I was quoted prices in the $300 range but this business offered to do it for $135. So I took the phone in and had the screen replaced and everything was good for about three weeks or so. After that the screen became on responsive and when that happened I immediately understood. These people will replace your screen and it will work for a small amount of time but ultimately it will stop working ,and when it does , I would imagine that they will not take accountability for it so I'm not even going to bring the device back to them. I would imagine that if I did bring the device back this would be the two possible scenarios: 1 - It's your fault because it's been three weeks 2 - We just don't know what the problem can be and there can be many reasons so we will hold your phone and try to figure it out but of course we won't figure it out and will not accept accountability. If you have an expensive device and you need a screen replacement you'll have to fork out the money to pay for the right equipment otherwise you shouldn't bother. If you have a high-end device don't take it here to be repaired because the repairs will not last long as they use subpar replacement parts that don't last very long. Go to Apple or a reputable third-party repair.

That's ridiculous, so I went and found a cheaper solution in LCD Direct. They replace just the cracked glass, not the entire screen like the schemers at the phone companies. And because they are only replacing the glass, it's only $100, which is way better than $300. Because why replace the LCD screen when only the glass is cracked? Only thing is they only take cash, paypal, or quickpay

If you need excellent cell phone repair done right and not ripping you off look no further!!!…read moreT.J. Cell Phone Repair is the creme de la creme of cell phone stores. Not only do they repair what they sell but they offer cell plans and other options & devices too. I went in as my Motorola died the screen went black and it looked like the battery oozed and old water damage to my phone as well so this was a seemingly hopeless cause as I literally had 11 gigabytes of photos and videos of my Momma who had just passed all in that phone and no way to get them out. I was distraught to say the least but knew I had come to this same store about 8 months back and they had replaced my cracked screen in under a half hour and for under a hundred bucks too. This was incredible as I had tried other stores shopping around and all wanted double or triple and told me it would take days. Not T.J. Cell Phone Repair they are superb and aim to please. They are willing to take on problems that others could NEVER FIX!! Anyways that leads me to today's dilemma I had a new phone and had whatever photos that were in my memory card that was full, however about 11 gigabytes of my family our vacations and trips partys etc and most importantly the last year of My Mommas life which I had so many pictures of her and I and various other family members. These were priceless to me but how can I get them into my new cell with a screen that's black so you can't give the command to share to another phone. TJ and his partner tried again and again to get my screen up and running even with the inside computer system slowly dying due to the water damage and battery acid leaking. Where others would have given up and said sorry buddy we don't have the time (as they are a business)they both made it a point to retrieve my Mom's pictures for me as I explained it all to them and they empathized with me completely. Long story short they managed re-hooking up the screen though you could barely see what was on it and then had these super bright lamps shine on the screen as they could barely make out what button for each file they had to send to a new memory card they put in my old phone. After an arduous few hours they had recovered all 11 gigabytes of precious memories and then when I came in they put that memory card in my phone and transfered ALL MY PRECIOUS PICTURES to my new phone and I can't thank them enough. THAT WAS A MIRACLE FOR ME!!! I now have a new phone with plenty of memory space and ALL my old photos and am one happy camper. If you've read through all this you can see this is a store unlike no other. TJ Cell Phone Repair really cares about their customers and "bends over backward" to accommodate them. I highly recommend five stars rating off the charts as they have proven themselves again and again to me and they will do right by you too!!!

I asked if they have any repair center I can just visit and get it over with, but to no avail. Also they wanted me to pay deductable for the repair.... This shop fixed my damaged HP notebook screen while back so I decided to give it a try. I called the owner and he told me to bring it in so I did. He looked it over and said that the LCD was okay and they just needed to replace glass on the top. 3 hours later my phone was fixed and it felt like a brand new phone!! When I got back home I cancelled every insurance on my family plan except my daughter's iPhone 5 which was still too new. There are not that many businesses out there which make you think twice about how you should spend money smartly. I paid $120 for the repair, it would have been money best spent had I known and dropped vzw insurance sooner. But what can I say? I didn't know better. I was in a middle of writing a very important document report in which I reluctantly had to use my gaming computer, then all of a sudden the primary HDD went into the dreaded 'boot mgr missing'. Not only did it go into boot mgr missing, the computer just went completely dead, meaning that nothing was displaying on my screen as well as no POST beep noise, nor could I get into my BIOS. So I went to the nearest IT guy; brought my heavy gear from home; put it on the platform for Sung to diagnose; lo and behold it was my motherboard. What could have cost me 40 bucks at Microcenter to get the PC diagnosed and multiple hours for me to figure out, Sung did it in less than 15 minutes to the extent that he was able to individually remove each component to determine which one is working expeditiously. Although I was eager to buy a new motherboard, Sung decided to sell his old parts to me for a very reasonable price. Took the stuff home, replaced the parts next day, boot up the computer, reconfigured the BIOS to the point that the boot mgr missing is gone, and BAM! Everything works and completely operational, I even got my document done in time. Highly recommend!
