My Reviews Preface: People have different taste buds and preferences. Some may like their food more/less salty, spicy, seasoned, etc. Some may prefer mom-n-pops restaurants, others more fancy or both. Some prefer fresh & organic ingredients, others just want their food to taste "good". As far as customer service, I think that can be tricky based on people's personalities. So, I'm of the opinion that you try the place your looking to eat at & judge for yourself, unless there are horrid reviews of course. My Review: Food: I ordered a large pepperoni with light sauce. It had the right amount of cheese, to me. Sauce was good, light - I don't like robust sauces. Pepperoni was abundant, to me. It was a bit greesy, but I suppose it's expected. Crust/dough definitely tasted like it was homemade. Atmosphere: I did carry out. However, it was a tiny place, so not suitible for dining in, in my opinion. Customer Service: Excellent. Owner and what I assume were his sons (?), very pleasant & polite. Owner really represented what customer service should represent. Cleanliness: adequate Price: average; acceptable. I paid around $17 (included 2 cans of lemonade. Timing of Food: They said 30 mins, it seemed appropriate. I did get it in 30. Overall: I'll definitely be back at some point. I gave it 4 stars, as oppossed to the full 5 because my opinion could be biased. I grew up eating at a particular pizza parlor & so far, there is still nothing quite like it. read more

This pizza place is ok for California pizza. I'm a New Yorker so I really know what a good pizza is. Like I said this place is ok, not NY pizza but ok. We recently moved to Menifee/Sun City. The first time we went here I had a turkey sub, it was ok but not enough meat and it had no cheese. I asked for the Italian dressing on the side but they put it on the sub which made it soggy, Ugh! The second time we ordered a meatball and onion pizza, regular crust. It was ok. The third time we ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with thin crust. It was good. Not sure why so many good reviews. Maybe because they got tricked to think this place serves Chicago deep dish. Nope, not at all. The crust is nothing like a real Chicago deep dish. This "deep dish" is just regular pizza dough made to look like a deep dish. A real deep dish has a corn meal flavor and taste. This did not. I was really craving pizza out in the area and didn't have many options considering Menifee is out in the tumbleweed desert. I was debating over this place and Giovanni's but got tricked by this so-called Chicago deep dish. I was hoping the owner's here have been to Chicago and tried the two famous rival pizza places. I'm not sure. Lou Malnati's and Giordano's are the rival pizza spots in Chicago that I had the opportunity to try. Pretty good. One has the sauce, the other the cheese. The balance is off but still very good. BUT the BEST Chicago is here in LA! Masa in Echo Park is the best Chicago deep dish. Hands down. Maybe Chicago has new places that rival Masa. I haven't been to Chicago in 10 years so maybe? But full disclosure my husband liked this spots deep dish. So take your chances. read more

I have driven past this place many times, but decided to give a try. My wife picked up a 12" pie for a starter. Living in Menifee means not having much of a selection of goo restaurants.
